00:43Full disclosure, Sandy and I flew into town early
00:46to get more familiar with everything.
00:48Captain and I are out scouting beautiful locations for the season
00:53because we want our guests to have the bed.
00:55How did that help you prepare for your charters?
00:57My idea, because I like to play,
01:00even though you don't see it a lot on television.
01:02So I asked Aisha to come on the Wave Runners with us
01:04and she did and we had a blast.
01:07It was wonderful, but we did get in trouble.
01:10They came and chased us and said we couldn't be in a certain area.
01:13So, you know, we did have to go back.
01:16Aisha was at your wedding and you got a coveted invite to hers.
01:20What does your relationship with Aisha mean to you?
01:25She's like a family member.
01:27I love her.
01:28She is exactly who she is.
01:29You can't work with people that closely and not create a bond.
01:33And we share intimate things about our lives.
01:37Like, we're friends.
01:38It's wonderful.
01:40Aisha will be in my life for the rest of my life.
01:42And Aisha has three stews this season,
01:45which is something she's wanted for a very long time.
01:48I've got three stews.
01:51Well, you know, we have the accommodations, so...
01:54I genuinely feel the same feeling as what it's going to propose.
01:58Oh, my God, don't say that.
01:59But are many hands light work if egos get in the way?

02:10I think it's easier for Aisha if she has three stews
02:14because Aisha gives great direction.
02:17She puts the menu out for them.
02:19I watch it.
02:20Like, the girls look at the menu, how to make the drinks,
02:23because they don't have a lot of experience.
02:25She makes it simple for them.
02:26She teaches them.
02:27She just doesn't say, here, go do your job.
02:30She actually educates them and gives them helpful ways
02:34to continue to be able to serve in the manner of which Aisha wants them to,
02:38which is how I want a seven-star.
02:41I'm not going to lie.
02:42I was a little bit intimidated watching Chef Joy on screen.
02:46I have them whiting.
02:47She is a bit scary.
02:49On my own vote, people call me the little dragon.
02:52When I will say service and the girl will not be in the galley,
02:55I will scream, you stupid or what?
02:57I can't imagine what her presence in the galley was like.
03:01What were your initial thoughts about her?
03:03French.
03:05And, like, I spent a lot of time in France,
03:08and I had the French pull out my power cord and say,
03:11you can't plug in your shore power here and just shut our whole boat down.
03:15So I was wondering how that was going to go.
03:18And the French are great at food.
03:20They're great at pastries.
03:21I mean, the desserts are incredible.
03:23I love the French accent.
03:25I love France.
03:26I love the south of France.
03:27So I wasn't...
03:28I don't know.
03:28Joy, I was, like, on the fence, to be honest.
03:31Nathan, our favorite, is back as Boson,
03:34and he's struggling from the start, I'm afraid.
03:37How had you hoped he would have grown since his previous season?
03:42Well, I mean, their conflict, from what I've seen in the beginning,
03:47is between them.
03:49As far as doing his job, I think Nathan does a great job.
03:53So he has grown.
03:55He still has growing to do, as we all do, like even me.
03:59But I'm proud of him.
04:01Do you think it was helpful or hurtful for him to have Gale and their son
04:05so close during the charter season?
04:08I absolutely adore him.
04:09We have found a place seven minutes away from the marina.
04:12I want to see them whenever I can.
04:14Are you excited?
04:15Daddy's going to start his new job.
04:17I actually don't know how I'm going to leave.
04:18Listen, they just had a baby.
04:20I think it was helpful in every way.
04:23I can't imagine leaving your child when it's first born.
04:28And I'm hoping that it was helpful for them.
04:32But for me, I see it as being helpful.
04:35However, for Nathan, it could be a lot harder
04:37because if he's going back to sleep and then he's coming back
04:42and he has no sleep, it's hard to do his job.
04:44And that makes you a little more testy and you're not as patient.
04:47And so he might be challenged there.
04:51I love watching Joe Bradley on TV, but he didn't waste any time
04:55sort of undermining Nathan's authority.
05:07Did you have any idea how bad the tension was during the season?
05:11No, I had no idea, but I don't like that Joe did that.
05:15I mean, it's not if you listen, we're in a professional setting.
05:19Don't be catty. Just be, you know, honest.
05:22Like, just have a conversation. I always say this to people.
05:26If you're having a conflict, just have a conversation
05:28and agree to disagree and then move on and do your job.
05:32Um, I was disappointed with Joe.
05:35I want the toys out as fast as possible.
05:38Just no more accidents.
05:40Right?
05:42Let's keep it professional.
05:44I'm just stating the obvious.
05:45I just don't really want to scratch the balls again.
05:47I mean, obviously you can't give a spoiler, but did, will we see Nathan go to you for advice on
05:54how to handle a team member like Joe?
05:56You know, Joe's a great, Joe's great.
05:59He's an asset.
06:00I'm going to say that right now.
06:01Joe cares.
06:02He's very good with a guest.
06:04He's, he's very accommodating.
06:07Like he's wonderful.
06:08Like I love having him on board.
06:10But when it comes to conflict, I think, um, Joe's, Joe's very patient.
06:17Nathan has a temper.
06:19Joe doesn't.
06:20He doesn't respond, but what Joe did wasn't cool.
06:24But Nathan has a lot of growth.
06:26To answer your question, it's between them.
06:29And I just want to see them do their job.
06:31And I want to see them come back together because they were in a bromance.
06:35And then I don't know what happened.
06:37I still today do not know what happened between them.
06:39One thing that fans are very excited for is, of course, Hannah returns to Below Deck Med this season for
06:46an appearance.
06:47Oh, my God!
06:49I know I've been at the scene for a while, but like these new yachties need to be locked in
06:54a zoo and a study.
06:55And what can you tell me about that?
06:56It was great to have her.
06:58I mean, Hannah did the first four seasons or five.
07:01I don't remember, but she deserved to come back.
07:04And they were, you know, they did a charter season together.
07:06So they, you know, remained friends.
07:09And it was wonderful to have her back.
07:11And obviously fans have loved that you and Hannah have reconciled.
07:16That's old news.
07:17But what is your favorite part of having her back in your life?
07:21You know, honestly, it was just having the conversation and hearing her side of the story and letting her know
07:27that I didn't hate her.
07:28That there's no hate in my soul for anyone.
07:32I don't care how bad you are towards me.
07:35I don't hate you.
07:36It's just that I wanted Hannah to do her job.
07:39And there were some things that I didn't know that was happening on Hannah's side, which made me understand better.
07:45We had a great conversation in Australia.
07:47I got to meet her family.
07:48You know, I brought her on City Cruises Live, which was really cool.
07:52That was fun.
07:53And, you know, it's great.
07:54Like, we stay in touch.
07:56What can you tease about this upcoming season?
08:01Dubrovnik, Game of Thrones.
08:03Come on.
08:03I mean, it's going to be epic.
08:05You could see in the trailer, like, how I love when the guests include the crew.
08:09It is so wonderful when they include the crew in their fun.
08:12And I think it's, other than what I don't know, which I'm going to find out when the viewers watch
08:17it, the drama downstairs or Below Deck, I had a great time.
08:23It was wonderful.
08:24Obviously, so many celebrities are huge fans of Below Deck.
08:27Nick Jonas recently revealed himself to be one of them.
08:31But I just find it to be so entertaining, but Below Deck is my favorite.
08:35I don't know anything about boats.

08:37I would be fired in the first day, but I just want to be there.
08:40Which do you think Nick Jonas would excel at more, being on deck or being in the interior?
08:49I think on deck.
