00:10and to be able to have the opportunity to work with her again

00:15And did you have any hesitations about another season,

00:18or was it full steam ahead?

00:20I have not stopped, even to this day.

00:22I've just jumped off a boat.

00:23Well, I've just been looking after her mom

00:25because she's just recovered from cancer.

00:27But I just work.

00:28Like, I'm just go, go, go.

00:30From the Mediterranean all the way to the Bahamas

00:32and then back to the Mediterranean, I'm just go constantly.

00:35For four years, I've actually not been off a boat.

00:38So every single month over these past four years,

00:41whether it's a different boat or not, I've been working.

00:43And I spoke to Captain Sandy yesterday,

00:44and she was thrilled by the progress you've made since last season.

00:48Was it important to you to prove yourself to her?

00:50Oh, so much.

00:51Like, bear in mind, last season with Nathan and Bree and Ellie,

00:55that was my second big boat ever.

00:57So I'm new into the industry.

01:00And then I got the position as lead deckhand.

01:02So that was a, you know, I've got to prove to myself

01:04that I'm able to do this job, not only on this boat,

01:07but for the foreseeable.

01:08And I've just been absolutely smashing it every single day,

01:11every month.

01:12I'm just learning.

01:13And I was really happy to see you and Nathan reunited.

01:16I've actually rewatched your first embrace several times.

01:20Nathan, yes, big dog.

01:23What was it like to see him again,

01:31and how long had it been since you two spoke?

01:33So in that moment in time, it was fantastic.

01:36Like I said last night, I was levitated from the floor,

01:38and our gas spun.

01:39I'm surprised I didn't get dizzy and fell over.

01:41It was a fantastic moment.

01:44And throughout the season, you see, like,

01:46the friendship is good, and the banter is,

01:50it's just crazy.

01:51It's a mad season.

01:53And this season marks Nathan's first one as a bosun.

01:56How did you support him through this step in his career?

01:59So being a bosun is very hard.

02:02Like, it's not only the level of work and the manual labor.

02:05You've got to be organized.

02:07You've got to be on point.

02:08You've got to be in it to win it.

02:10Now, if you haven't got that, you're going to do a bad job.

02:12Like, I've been a bosun,

02:13and I was a bosun before I just joined with Nathan.

02:16So I'm near to support him, regardless of any position,

02:19regardless of anything, even a friendship.

02:21I just want to support another man's job.

02:23Well, I'm really hopeful that you and Max

02:25are going to get along this season.

02:27What can you tease about your dynamic?

02:29The dynamic between me and Max

02:30is something, is definitely something.

02:34And you've got to watch it

02:35because he's my new best French mate.

02:38And what were your first impressions of him?

02:40I love everyone until they need to prove me otherwise.

02:44So my first impression is he's absolutely batshit crazy.

02:46Oh, pardon me, language.

02:48He's off his nut, and he's so unpredictable.

02:52Like, you don't know his next move,

02:53and that's what I love about him.

02:54Like, he's just like this floating ADHD person.

02:57It was me.

02:59And we just got along like a house on fire.

03:01Speaking to someone else who was happy to see you,

03:03Aisha was thrilled.

03:08What makes her such an excellent leader and crew member?

03:12So Aisha, my dear friend, she's amazing.

03:15Like, the reason why she's such a good leader

03:17is because she actually listens.

03:19And she's able to communicate on a level

03:21that's not only that she's going to guide you in the right way,

03:25but she will listen and say this.

03:27She doesn't beat around the bush.

03:28She tells you how it is,

03:30and that's what you've got to do to be a leader,

03:31especially in her position.

03:33Like, she's chief stewardess.

03:34Again, that's not an easy job.

03:35You're the second-hand from captain,

03:38from seven-star service.

03:41She's just amazing.

03:42I look up to that woman so much.

03:43They say history is doomed to repeat itself,

03:46and I fear there may be another love triangle

03:49brewing with you and the two stews.

03:52When did you first know you were going to be in trouble?

03:53From the moment my toe stepped on board.

05:03Victoria.

05:04She's got, like, that lion's mane.

05:08Like, she's absolutely drop-dead gorgeous for once.

05:10She's a very kind, very innocent person.

05:12And we all love Victoria.

05:14She's a very good friend of mine, actually.

05:16Obviously, we've got a lot of season left to go.

05:20What can you tease about the dynamic between yourself, Kizzy, and Victoria?

05:24So, let me just say, it's unapologetically chaotic.

05:31And that's my stance on it.

05:33I do want to ask you about Gail's visit to see Nathan this season when they were on a break.

05:37You know, I know you can't say much, but was he nervous or happy when she was coming to see him?

05:43See, Nathan has got a really strong bond with Gail, and it's beautiful to see.

05:48So, my take on that is, he's obviously nervous.

05:51He loves this woman.

05:52And how did you feel to see her?

05:55Good.

05:56Like, you know, me and Gail, we don't really get along, and so be it.

05:59Actually, touching on this is, I really loved, and it opened my eyes,

06:03what Aisha said on Watch What Happens Live at an interview with Victoria.

06:07She said on the lines of, like, it's okay for people not to be friends

06:11because it's statistically impossible to all our personalities to align.

06:15You don't need to be friends with everyone.

06:17It's, like, statistically impossible that all of our personalities are going to like each other.

06:23If you can address that and just put it at peace,

06:25and then you can both agree to just be at peace and move on,

06:28I think it's a really healthy, beautiful thing to do.
