00:00Well, Gen Z, I don't know if it's your fault or your parents, no, well, you got to do the

00:05work before you get the pay, right?

00:07So you climb the ladder by gaining the experience.

00:11Oh, I find a lot of people just want to start at that level, which is here without doing

00:17the work, which starts here.

00:18I started here and I worked my way up and I had all of that knowledge by the time I

00:24got there.

00:25I can relate to all those other layers that I did before I got to the top, which I'm really

00:30not on the top.

00:31I'm just doing a job and I love what I do.

00:34So invest in yourself, invest in your career and do the work and keep your head in the

00:38game.

00:39And I promise you the rewards will be vast.
