Some Sunday morn' Deep Knee Bends with ~139lb to loosen up the knees, ankles, and feet. Always wondered if these could help Plantar Fascitis. My soles get sore when l train these heavy, which l assume is from all the stretching as l'm on the ball of the feet from start of the set until its time to put the weight back down. Notice how l shove the knees forward at the bottom to really stretch that ENTIRE Patella Tendon out....SOLID GOLD stuff right there. Start light & go slow. God Bless.
