00:03how has uh dylan rila fit in and what's uh sort of the relationship you guys have built so far
00:09yeah i mean that guy obviously he's from hawaii but he's raised in georgia and stuff and
00:13him coming in uh it was easy because he's from hawaii and just understanding where he come in
00:18his background and his father one of the you know one of the best centers to do it you know
00:21remington winner dominic raiola so um him coming in just just connecting off the bat you just
00:27on there just inviting him to things i would do with our families outside the game of football
00:31and just keeping him you know company instead letting him know like you know you got a family
00:34over here you know you don't have to be all by yourself what are the things you and dante are
00:42going to be working on to improve upon that connection that you guys had last year it's
00:46already a high level but came back you obviously want to improve what's that next step you and
00:51dante need to take together i think we need it we need to step into that uncomfortableness you know
00:56what i'm saying like if you stay in comfortable situations you stay in comfortable circumstances
01:00you're not going to get better you know you got to be challenged every single day i think that's
01:03one thing that's good with coach lanning he he doesn't just call out the younger dudes he calls
01:07us out the older dudes especially because we set the standard and we need a shoulder standard for
01:12the incoming dudes and dudes who are coming in from different programs so me and dante need to
01:16really step into that leadership um that hole right there and just try to be able to
01:21maybe just hold ourselves accountable and hold others accountable and just to lead by example
01:29you
