00:05Where have you seen Dante step up this offseason,
00:08going into his second year as a starter?
00:09What have you seen from him so far this offseason?
00:11He's been more vocal, obviously.
00:13That's one of the biggest things.
00:14And just seeing when your QB is vocal out there,
00:17just calling the shots and making sure everybody's upholding the standards
00:21is probably one of the biggest things.
00:22So Dante, he's growing every single day, and I love that, man.
00:27A lot has been made about the culture being a major strength for Oregon.
00:32You guys, over your years, have been through some tough losses in the postseason.
00:37How do you feel like those moments are going to strengthen that culture
00:41and allow for this year to be different?
00:44You said it's a loss, but for me and the guys who's been part of those losses,
00:48for me, it's just really a learning.
00:49It's a lesson for me.
00:50You just got to learn and go back and watch film, see what we did.
00:54Wrong and what we did good and learn from that situation.
00:57You're not going to grow if you can't learn from those situations.
00:59So just going back, going back, watching film, and just gathering the guys,
01:03like, hey, where did we fall short?
01:05And what things probably played into that role,
01:07whether it was on the field or off the field.
01:08You know what I'm saying?
01:09People might not know, but off the field plays pretty big
01:12when it comes to the team.
01:13You can't connect on the field if you're not doing anything off the field.
01:17So just whatever it takes.
01:19You know?
01:24You know?
01:24You know what's in the field?
01:25You know what I'm saying?
01:26I know it's a good thing.
