“I work nonstop and 24/7, but it doesn’t necessarily feel like work all the time because I love what I’m doing.”

In a new interview with Harvard Business School Foundry’s Reza Satchu, Alix Earle revealed she decided at 22 that she'd launch a brand in three years—not when the momentum was hot, but when the products were genuinely ready.

Earle encourages others not to wait for perfect conditions before pursuing their passion, and shared her business ethos: “You only live once.”

00:00Finding something you're passionate towards in work, I have found the most rewarding for me because I work nonstop and
00:0824-7, but it doesn't necessarily feel like work all the time because I love what I'm doing. And I

00:20a big believer and you only live once and we're only here once.
