00:37And Microsoft signed a preliminary agreement to acquire nearly 200 hectares of land for potential data center development.
00:45But Google isn't just building data centers.
00:47The company signed an agreement with Finnish utility Fordham to explore using nuclear power
00:52as a clean energy source to power data center investment.
00:56Google estimates 10% of Finland's electricity supply will remain online
01:00and avoid price increases for grid users due to this agreement.
01:04And the tech company already operates a major data center in Hamina,
01:08where it converted a former paper mill into a facility that uses seawater from the Gulf of Finland for cooling.
