00:13How have you seen JJ handle the addition of a better quarterback?
00:17Yeah, you know, I think he's, I think he's handled it really well.
00:20You know, he's been great in the meeting rooms.
00:21I'm spending a little bit more time with those guys and, and, and just the, the, the dialogue between the
00:27group.
00:27And obviously the great questions you get from those guys as we're going through the installation process.
00:33And, you know, we have really guys that are all at different stages of not only their career, but their
00:37understanding and application of, of our offense.
00:40So there's many, there's many times where Kyler may have a question that, you know, mirrored a question that JJ
00:48had during his, you know, year on the grass last year and playing.
00:52And there's dialogue that comes.
00:53There's been tweaks to the offense that we've made off of some of those conversations and dialogue, but he's been,
00:59he's been great in the meeting room.
01:01He's been great on the grass.
01:02And, and as always, he's, you know, you know, as a former, as a, as a captain and a guy
01:07that helps lead our team, he's been, he's been phenomenal there as well.
01:11There is nothing worse in this world, Joe, in any form of walk of life where they tell you you're
01:15just not good enough.
01:16And they bring in your replacement.
01:17That's what's happening in Minnesota.
01:19That's real life at the biggest level in sports.
01:22It's spending an awful lot of time, Donnie, trying to sell us on the fact that this is, it's a
01:27great work.
01:28The room is working.
01:30It's doing exactly, you know, they are fine.

01:39tell me how they're all on the same page.
