Is this the final red flag the Commanders needed to stay away from the former star wide receiver?

00:55What appeared to be driving, going 100 on a road
00:59that probably seems like it's a 65 at the most.

01:05Obviously, that is dangerous behavior from an actual driving standpoint.

01:13Like, I'm not somebody that judges a lot of speeding,
01:16but going 40 over the speed limit,
01:18that's when you start to pay attention.
01:20Like, if he's going 80 in a 65, I think most people do that, right?

02:22Yesterday, Adam Schefter reported the Santa Clara County district
02:26attorney's office issued a warrant for the arrest of San Francisco 49ers
02:30wide receiver, Brandon Iuke on a misdemeanor charge of exhibition of
02:34speeding.
02:35The warrant is in reference to a video Iuke posted to YouTube in December
02:38in which he appears to tape himself from the driver's seat going well.
02:42Oh wow.
02:42They're saying that's a 40, 40 mile an hour speed limit going well over
02:45the posted 40 mile an hour speed limit on a road that runs past Levi's
02:49stadium.
02:49The DA's office confirmed to ESPN on Wednesday.
02:54Why are you doing this now?
02:56And that's the question.
02:58Why now?
02:58And is it that damn important?

03:05What if he come out now and say, I wasn't really doing that speed.
03:08That's just the way I had it looking.

03:16I think seeing this come out now to me is one of two things.

03:42At times, public legal officials are looking to build their career.

04:02Santa Clara County district attorney is, is like, wait, wait, wait, we're going to
04:05get all the NFL people paying attention to this.
04:07And then when I run for state district attorney, or, or if I want to be a state Supreme court
04:13justice or something, all of a sudden my name is that much more out there.

04:17I think, I think that scenario is entirely possible for this to come out today.

04:26So it looks like the election is ongoing right now.

04:30And the guy that's currently ahead is going for his fifth consecutive term.

05:36If they had a warrant out for his arrest since February, why hadn't he been arrested?

05:49That are up for, that are currently up for reelection and they make what appears to be, at least you
05:57could possibly perceive something as a grandstanding gesture that catches my eye.

06:04Now him posting that video is dumb enough that it warrants.
