16:00i really am quite body positive i mean i you know i do it requires radical acceptance
16:08doesn't it but it's a journey and often we can fake it till we make it as well
16:14if we throw enough shit at a wall it might stick yeah and we might just believe it ourselves and

16:18think the challenge that you have is self-acceptance in that area it can be and you know i mean
16:25it can be and often when i have a lover like i fall in love with it again because you
16:31know
16:32often what's reflected is just divine you know but sometimes when you're going solo you forget
16:41without that love and touch you know what i mean yeah i'm so emotional today we're such a um
16:49huge mass of women in their middle age now that are not being met or or or found or touched
17:02and
17:02felt and i think there's it's a bit of a lonely a loneliness epidemic that's upon it's so sad
17:21it's okay let it out let it go it felt so easy in my 20s and 30s to fall in
17:29love and be in love
17:31you know sometimes i give up hope like you know i've been out there and like here i am let's

17:38you know um you know this is great but yeah also no pressure you are and i'm not just saying

17:46say it one of the most exceptional people that i've ever witnessed this is really important because
17:54you are amazing but we also know that you know we can't keep carrying on up there you know when
