00:24How you doing?
00:25Welcome to Celebrity Capturates.
00:27This is a show where saying what you see
00:29could win you a fantastic £50,000 for your charity.
00:32We've got three famous faces,
00:33a tonne of catchphrases,
00:34but only one winner.
00:36So, let's see who's playing catchphrase tonight.
00:39Boy band?
00:40Tick.
00:40Ballroom dancing?
00:41Tick.
00:42Breeding rare pigs?
00:43Tick.
00:44What's next?
00:44Well, catchphrase, obviously.
00:46It's JB Gill!
00:50Right, she's got the style, the energy
00:52and enough charisma to power a small city.
00:54One of Britain's most exciting presenters.
00:56Oh, yes, it's only AJ Adudu!
01:00Hello!
01:01Looking mighty fine!
01:02Thank you!
01:03Now, he's the comic genius who thrives on confusion.
01:06If this show was made for anyone, it's him.
01:09It's James Eggleston!
01:11Thank you, Stephen.
01:15Right, welcome to the show, everybody.
01:17JB, how you doing?
01:18I'm very well, thank you.
01:19Now, you recently performed again with the Jailess Boys.
01:22Yes.
01:22What was that like?
01:24Amazing.
01:24It's always good fun whenever we get together.
01:26And now we get to enjoy it with the families as well,
01:28so the kids come along and feel like they take over the O2.
01:31But it's the tunes.
01:32As soon as they come on, you're just in with it.
01:34It's great.
01:35Yeah, yeah, yeah.
01:35Well, do you know, it's a lot of nostalgia.
01:36We're getting to the stage now where some of the younger members of the audience will say
01:41are coming with their parents who took them to their first show
01:45when they were, you know, in their teens or whatever.
01:47And then, of course, now they're parents themselves,
01:49so they're bringing their kids along for their first ever show.
01:51You've got, like, three generations there.
01:53It's amazing.
01:53Amazing.
01:54How did you get into farming?
01:56It was genuinely accidental.
01:59My dad rescued a pig, randomly, from the RSPCA.
02:03Her name was Ginger, and we literally started the farm with one pig.
02:07We had our first litter with her, she had three piglets,
02:09and we just built it from there.
02:11Wow, wait, it's great.
02:12Yeah.
02:13We make it work.
02:14Tell me something.
02:14It all started with Ginger.
02:15It did.
02:16Ginger is the best, and she is, yeah, she's...
02:19We owe a lot to her.
02:20Did you say you rescued a pig from the RSPCA?
02:23I thought they were meant to be the good guys.
02:25They are!
02:28How good are you at catchphrase when you're watching at home?
02:31I like to think I'm pretty good at home, but aren't we all?
02:34Well, what are you thinking of your competition, actually?
02:36Well, of course, I know that AJ, and I know that AJ's very competitive.
02:39Yes.
02:40Me?
02:41Yeah.
02:42I don't know so much about James.
02:43I've met him, seems lovely, but he's...
02:45Look at his serious face.
02:46Yeah, so he's like the silent assassin, I think.
02:48Do you know what I mean?
02:49I'm surprised that you know my chest tattoo, silent assassin, Stephen.
02:54I've got my eyes on you, James.
02:56I've got my eyes on you.
02:56Full body, full body, silent assassin.
02:59Which charity are you playing for tonight?
03:01I'm going to be playing for Mercy Ships UK.
03:03Amazing.
03:04Good to have you on the show.
03:05AJ!
03:07Stephen!
03:08How are you doing?
03:08You alright?
03:09I'm really good, thank you.
03:10All the better for seeing you.
03:11You always seem to be happy.
03:13I'm trying.
03:14I just...
03:14I mean, I don't know.
03:16You know, I get to do amazing things with amazing people.
03:18What's not to smile about?
03:20And, of course, Big Brother.
03:21Yeah.
03:22Got to talk Big Brother.
03:22Oh my gosh, it's so good.
03:24I was addicted to it.
03:25I was so excited.
03:27Obviously, it's always nerve-wracking, you know.
03:29Big show, big name, big boots to fill.
03:32Yeah.
03:32But I feel like we've put our own stamp on it now,
03:34and I just love hosting that show with Will.
03:36It's amazing.
03:38If you could put anybody in the house, who would you go for?
03:41I want to see all you boys, and I'm not even just saying that.
03:44I feel like you'd all bring so much to the table.
03:47And I could see you in the final.
03:49Especially you, silent assassin.
03:50Would you do it Be Honest?
03:51Uh, Be Honest?
03:53Oh, well, no.
03:55LAUGHTER
03:57I don't like, and this will sound bad, people.
04:02LAUGHTER
04:02Now, AJ, what are you like when it comes to games?
04:04At the end of the day, I'm always in it to win it,
04:07but I'm not necessarily the best.
04:10You won't see me winning all the time, but I'm a good trier.
04:14Well, you've got a try tonight for your charity.
04:16I'll give it a good go.
04:17Yeah, who are you playing for?
04:18Trestle.
04:19Beautiful.
04:19Nice one, AJ.
04:21James, good to see you.
04:22James is here, everybody.
04:24So good to see you all.
04:25First of all, when I heard you were coming on the show, I was like,
04:28oh, this is great.
04:29I don't see you doing many of these sort of game shows.
04:32Sure, well, this is my favourite one.
04:34I love watching it at home and playing along.
04:36Oh, nice.
04:36So I bit their hand off.
04:38You know, those other game shows, we can say it, are rubbish.
04:42LAUGHTER
04:44And, frankly, only an idiot celebrity would say yes to them.
04:49LAUGHTER
04:51Let's talk about your stand-up.
04:52Your recent tour was called Heckler's Welcome.
04:55That's brave.
04:56I am brave.
04:56I'm braver than, I'd say, a fireman and a soldier combined.
05:00LAUGHTER
05:02Great.
05:03Now, you are a bona fide movie star.
05:05You've been in a few films now.
05:07Ghostbusters, by the way, when I saw you on the poster,
05:09how did that come about?
05:11That's what I thought.
05:12LAUGHTER
05:13It was mad I was in that.
05:15I auditioned for it.
05:16Right.
05:16So I had to sit down and do, like, an audition,
05:18where I was like, I definitely haven't got it.
05:20They asked me to improvise, but I was playing a scientist
05:22and it's all Ghostbusters made-up science.
05:24And they were like, right, let's improvise.
05:26We're in the lab.
05:27And my character was called Lars.
05:28And they went, hey, Lars, what's that?
05:30And I was like, I don't know what you're talking about.
05:33LAUGHTER
05:35I was like, I don't understand science,
05:37let alone made-up Ghostbusters science.
05:39I can't tell you what that is.
05:40And they were like, oh, OK, see you later then.
05:42I thought, well, I'm not getting that role.
05:44And imagine how bad everyone else must have been.
05:47LAUGHTER
05:47Who auditioned for that.
05:49LAUGHTER
05:51Now, listen, I can't picture you
05:53as a competitive sort of player.
05:55Yeah.
05:55Am I right?
05:56I play for fun, so...
05:59But then I do get very sulky if I haven't had fun.
06:01So I probably am competitive, but about the wrong thing.
06:05LAUGHTER
06:06So winning isn't important,
06:07but I have to feel like a winner in my heart
06:09or I will trash my dressing room after this.
06:12LAUGHTER
06:13How good are you at home?
06:14Because JB thinks he's great at home.
06:16Yep, I think I'm great at home
06:17and I think everyone who's on it
06:18who doesn't get it straight away is like,
06:20how couldn't they see that catchphrase?
06:22They're so stupid.
06:24Now I'm here and already before it started,
06:26I can feel I'm not at home anymore.
06:28And this could be tricky.
06:30And which charity are you supporting tonight?
06:32YouthWorks Northamptonshire, Stephen.
06:34Good man.
06:35You know something.
06:36What a line-up.
06:37Good luck to you all.
06:37Let's hear it for tonight's contestants.
06:40APPLAUSE
06:42I am looking forward to this.
06:43Now, remember, catchphrases are everywhere.
06:46Films, TV, everyday sayings.
06:48Just say what you see
06:49and whatever happens tonight stays between us.
06:52And the millions of people watching at home, of course.
06:54In our first round,
06:55every correct answer is worth £100.
06:57And the bonus is worth £500.
06:59Now, if you think you know the answer,
07:01you're buzzing.
07:02And good news is,
07:03if you get it wrong,
07:04you will not be frozen out in the first round.
07:06So keep pressing and guessing until you get it right.
07:09Let's do this.
07:10Hopefully you're ready at home.
07:11They're ready here.
07:12So let's play.
07:14Catchphrase.
07:15Mr Chips, everybody.
07:17APPLAUSE
07:22Get ready.
07:23The clue is there.
07:25Oh, James.
07:26Pushing the boat out.
07:27He's off the mark already.
07:28Oh!
07:29He's out of the traps already.
07:31£100 in the bank.
07:33Pushing the boat out.
07:34Lovely start, James.
07:35Always good to get the first one done.
07:37Feels great.
07:38Absolutely.
07:38And he's the first one of our celebrities
07:41to go to the bonus board worth £500.
07:43Ooh.
07:43Nine squares.
07:44Hiding that bonus catchphrase.
07:46Remove a square whenever you're ready
07:47and say what's there.
07:50Let's remove it.
07:55Oh.
07:57Oh.
07:58It looks a bit dark.
08:00Well...
08:03Bobbin up and down.
08:05Bobbin up and down is not what we're looking for.
08:07If it's what was originally in my head,
08:09I'm going to be annoyed.
08:11Because I didn't say it,
08:12because I thought it would be inappropriate.
08:13But if that's the right answer,
08:14I'm going to be furious.
08:16Fingers back on your buzzers.
08:17Everybody's back in play.
08:24What is that?
08:30AJ.
08:31Camp Rock?
08:32Oh, it's not Camp Rock,
08:33but I can see where you're going.
08:34Fingers back on your buzzers.
08:36Nobody's frozen out.
08:37Let's see some more.
08:42So what is that?
08:47Oh, James.
08:48Band Camp?
08:49Oh, it's not Band Camp,
08:50but again, a lovely guess,
08:51but not what we want.
08:52But I tell you what,
08:53very close.
08:55Think about what they are.
08:59You know it's a camp.
09:02Go on, James.
09:03Base camp.
09:04It's base camp.
09:05Oh!
09:06Oh!
09:06It's a bass guitar.
09:07No!
09:08Yes, James.
09:09Lovely work.
09:10£200 in the bank for you,
09:12and another trip to the bonus board.
09:16Oh, let's see what's there.
09:19God in heaven.
09:24OK.
09:28Well, that's clearly chips up to no good on the right.
09:30Uh, Peeping Tom?
09:32Oh, it's not Peeping Tom.
09:34But who can say God in heaven and make it funny?
09:37Only James.
09:39Honestly.
09:40Right.
09:41Fingers poised.
09:42Fingers ready.
09:43Everyone back in play,
09:44right now.
09:49What is that?
09:59Literally, just say what you see.
10:01What's just happened?
10:03Go on, James.
10:04Instant coffee.
10:05It's instant coffee.
10:06Oh, he's good.
10:07He's good.
10:08He's good.
10:09Now, JB and AJ, you do know you are here to play as well?
10:12Yes.
10:12Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
10:14Just making sure.
10:15James, £300 now in the bank for your charity,
10:17and another trip to the bonus board for you.
10:23And let's see what's there.
10:27Oh.
10:28Oh.
10:29Uh.
10:35Kiss and tell?
10:36Oh, it's not kiss and tell.
10:37But I love the fact you still give it a go.
10:40Always worth a try.
10:40You never ever know on catchphrase.
10:43What we do know is there's £100 up for grabs
10:45with this catchphrase here.
10:48Oh.
10:49James, look.
10:50Your very own catchphrase.
10:57James.
10:58James.
10:59James and the giant peach.
10:59It's James and the giant peach.
11:01I knew that one, and I did press, but James beat me to it.
11:04Oh, JB.
11:05Never mind.
11:06There's still plenty of time.
11:08Back to the bonus board we go.
11:09It's what is now called James's board.
11:12Let's remove the square.
11:23Hiding behind a bin, I'm going to say.
11:25No, it's not hiding behind a bin.
11:26Right, fingers back on your buzzers.
11:28They're ready.
11:29We're ready.
11:29Let's play it.
11:35Oh, no.
11:40James.
11:41Give it a minute.
11:42That's more specific than give it a minute.
11:45That might help AJ and JB.
11:47James.
11:47Give it a second.
11:48Oh, it's not give it a second.
11:50I'd say you want to give it a minute or give it a second, but fair enough.
11:52Oh, it's not give it a second.
11:54Well, I'll leave it.
11:55Have a look on the clock.
12:04AJ.
12:05Give it ten seconds.
12:08Are you winding me up?
12:10Fingers back on your buzzers.
12:12Have a look on the clock and you'll get the answer.
12:17JB.
12:18Give it ten minutes.
12:19Give it ten minutes.
12:21Nice one, JB.
12:24Yes.
12:25Okay.
12:26Now, JB, this is the good news.
12:28You get a chance at the bonus board.
12:29I'll tell you something.
12:30If you get the bonus board correct, you will have taken the lead.
12:33That's how quick things can change here on Catch Phrase.
12:36Good luck, JB.
12:37All right.
12:38Here we go.
12:41Let's remove it.
12:51Snog, marry, avoid.
12:53Snog, marry, avoid.
12:55And you're correct.
12:58Exceptional.
12:59Exceptional, JB.
13:00Let's remove the squares, please.
13:02Nice one if you've got that right at home.
13:04Snog, marry, avoid.
13:06So, now let's check out the scores.
13:09AJ on nothing at the moment.
13:11James on £400.
13:12But JB now in the lead with £600.
13:14Wow.
13:16Quite well.
13:17And it's time for a quick break.
13:18But when we come back, every Catch Phrase, of course, is worth double the money.
13:22See you in a bit.
13:35Hey, you're doing.
13:36Welcome back to Celebrity Catch Phrase.
13:38I'm pleased to report that before the break, our celebs were flying through those catchphrases.
13:42Honestly, some of the quickest we've seen.

13:48Right.
13:49It's time for the next round now.
13:50And every Catch Phrase is now worth £200 and the bonus is worth £1,000.
13:55Buzzing when you like.
13:56But, of course, in round two, as we know by now, if you give me a wrong answer, you will
14:01be frozen out.
14:03Good luck all.
14:04Good luck at home.
14:05Here is your next Catch Phrase.
14:13So, what is he?
14:19JB.
14:21Train conductor.
14:21He's a train conductor.
14:24Nice one, JB.
14:25Back in the game in style.
14:27Took the lead in round one.
14:28Now, added to your lead, you've now got £800 and a chance to add another £1,000 with our bonus
14:34Catch Phrase.
14:35Good luck, JB.
14:39And let's reveal it, please.
14:43Um.
14:47Big band.
14:48Oh, it's not big band, but what is it?
14:51We'll find out very soon.
14:52Right, fingers back on your buzzers.
14:54Come on, AJ.
14:55Let's make this one yours.
14:56Come on.
14:56You only need one to get yourself going.
14:59Is this AJ's Catch Phrase?
15:01£200 if it is.
15:08James.
15:09Baby monitor?
15:10Oh, it's not baby monitor.
15:11I'm frozen out.
15:12I can't believe it.
15:14I can't believe it.
15:15I can't believe this has happened.
15:17I've fallen off the plinth.
15:20This is the worst day of my life.
15:21How is that not baby monitor?
15:24Are you kidding me?
15:25You're looking for a newspaper at the baby.
15:27There's a security camera.
15:30Oh, there's a security camera.
15:33Oh, God's sakes, I'll give it a clue.
15:37Let's see some more.
15:39James is indeed frozen out.
15:40AJ and JB, this is all yours.
15:47JB.
15:48Is it watching the baby?
15:49Oh, it's not watching the baby.
15:51Oh, come in the freezer, JB.
15:53It's frozen out.
15:54Let's cuddle up together.
15:55Keep warm, brother.
15:58Now, somebody's watching.
15:59AJ, I didn't even know this catchphrase was coming up.
16:02When I said, is this your one, this is perfect for you.
16:06OK.
16:09What's happening there?
16:14The clues are all there.
16:18AJ, before you give this answer, please do not get this wrong,
16:20otherwise you are going to be so embarrassed.
16:23Big brother, he's watching.
16:24Yeah!
16:24Yeah!
16:28AJ, a doo-doo.
16:30Guys, effortless.
16:31Yeah.
16:32Effortless fights.
16:33Amazing.
16:33Big brother is always watching, everybody.
16:35A-op-a-doo-doo.
16:37Stephen's right.
16:38Big brother is always watching.
16:42Busted.
16:43Just like that.
16:44Absolutely.
16:45Now, listen, here's the good news.
16:47AJ, £200 now in your bank.
16:48Everybody's got money in the bank, which is great.
16:50But, just like JV in round one, if you get the bonus catchphrase and it's been done with only two
16:56squares revealed, then you will have taken the lead.
16:58Good luck.
16:59Here we go.
17:02And let's see it, please.
17:07What is that?
17:11Home DIY.
17:13Home DIY is not what we are looking for.
17:17OK, AJ's on £200, James on £400, JB on £800.
17:22This is anybody's game.
17:23Who's going to get the next one?
17:29JB, look at your very own catchphrase.
17:33AJ.
17:34Local celebrity?
17:36Oh, it's not local celebrity.
17:38AJ is now frozen out.
17:39No!
17:39Allowing JB and James into the game and see some more.
17:48It could be a catchphrase, a song or a film.
17:56JB!
17:57Everybody in love.
17:58Everybody in love!
18:00Yes.
18:02I'll tell you what a tune that is.
18:03Oh, man.
18:04What is your favourite?

23:22But can James now nail the big bonus catchphrase
23:27worth £1,000?
23:29If he does, he will take a nice lead.
23:32And the middle square, they do say,
23:34is the best one on the board
23:36because sometimes the middle does indeed solve the riddle.
23:45How do they sleep at night?
23:48He's got it right!
23:51Yes.

27:04I was going to say, you do realise you just said that.
27:06Yeah, yeah, as I said it.
27:07But, you know, there's so many phrases in the world,
27:09I thought, I can't know all of them.

40:18Yeah, well, I said at the beginning, I'm playing for fun.
40:20As soon as we started playing, I wanted to win so badly, and I hated it every time someone
40:24else got an answer right.
40:26And now I'm here, and I wish I had lost, because I'm very, very nervous.
40:32Tell us about the charity that you're playing for.
40:34Youth Works Northamptonshire.
40:36It's an amazing charity.
40:38Quite a while ago, Northampton County Council had to cut all of the funding for youth services,
40:44and a group of youth workers who worked at the William Nib in Kettering decided to start
40:48their own charity, so they could continue the youth work they were already doing.
40:51And now they're doing work all across the county, they've got their own school, everything
40:56they've achieved is incredible.
40:57And now I'm a patron for them, and really love working with them.
41:01And how small a charity are they?
41:03I don't know how many people exactly they've got.
41:05I've met quite a few youth workers who are involved there, and teachers and all sorts.
41:10You know, there's quite a few people who do stuff, and you've got mental health counsellors,
41:15and people who run the LGBTQ youth groups, and horticulture teachers, just everything.
41:21Right, and if you won the 50, what would it mean to them?
41:24I mean, they've got so many projects that they're always doing.
41:27The person who heads it up, Cindy Wrightin, is just like full of ideas.
41:30At the minute, they've just opened a new cafe that the young people can work at,
41:33and I know that they want to make that as good as possible,
41:36so I imagine that'll be the first port of call.
41:38I really, really hope you do this.
41:39Just do what you've been doing, and you're going to be all right.
41:42Let's have a little reminder of how it works for everybody at home, and indeed for James.
41:46Remember, the pyramid is made up of 15 numbered squares. Behind each square is a catchphrase.
41:51You've got just 60 seconds to get from the bottom to the top,
41:54but you can only move up a level once you get the catchphrase right from the line that you're on.
41:58As we know, it does get tougher the higher up you go, but the money goes up as well.
42:02Make it to the top, and answer the final super catchphrase correctly,
42:05and you will be taking away that £50,000 for your all-important charity.
42:10Number 11, of course. That is starred for a reason. You get that one right,
42:14we will double the money to JB and AJ1 earlier on,
42:17so you're going to be playing for their charity as well as yours right now.
42:20Remember, just say what you see. If you get stuck on one, we can always pass,
42:23we can always go back. OK.
42:25Are you ready to play? I'm ready, Stephen. Let's do this.
42:29OK, your 60 seconds will start when you select your first number from the bottom row.
42:38One, please. We're off. Go on, James.
42:44Up to bat. Last...
42:53Last batsman. Final batsman. Pass.
42:56Two, please.
42:59Running riot. Correct. Next.
43:02Seven, please.

43:40You've won £10,000!
43:43Thank you. Thank you, Stephen.
43:46Oh, wow, wow, wow. Brilliant. £10,000.
43:51What a rush.
43:52I tell you.
43:52What a rush, man.
43:53When you hear the answer to number one, you are going to kick yourself.
43:57Yeah, I thought that looked. I was like, how... I mean, it's clearly a bat.
44:02Well, let's go to number one. And it's cricket.
44:03Yes. So, it's a bat.
44:06Yes.
44:07Yes, and it's cricket.
44:08Yes. Oh, it's a cricket bat.
44:10It's a cricket bat.
44:11Oh, no.
44:12Oh, no.
44:14Oh, no.
44:14I know.
44:16Do you know something? If you'd have got that one right, did I have more time, who knows what could
44:19have happened?
44:20Probably five-year-olds shouting at their TV.
44:24Number 14, you then passed on.
44:28It was rhythm and blues. That was our tricky one.
44:32Oh, yeah. I don't feel bad about that one.
44:33No.
44:34We only saw a tiny bit of 13, but we did see it.
44:36So, let's go bucket it just in case you got it right at home.
44:40It was a slow news day.
44:42Oh, love it.
44:43James, look, you are taking away the £5,900 that you won earlier on.
44:46Now that £10,000.
44:47So, for your charity that you know and love, you are taking away £15,900.
44:53Kick yourself in here, AJ and JB.
44:56It'll be good.
44:57Well done.
44:58Yes.
44:58Awesome.
44:59Yeah, number 11 as well you got.
45:00So, we are going to double the money that you won earlier on.
45:03JB, you're now taking away £5,600 for your charity.
45:06Yes.
45:07AJ, you're taking away £3,800 for your charity.
45:10Get it.
45:10I know.
45:11Which means tonight, courtesy of catchphrase, for charity, you are all taking away.
45:15£25,300.
45:17Yay.
45:19That's a lot of money.
45:20Let's have another name check for your charity, please.
45:23Yes.
45:23Mercy Ships UK.
45:24Good man.
45:25Tressel.
45:26Absolutely.
45:27You've worked in Northamptonshire.
45:28How about that.
45:29Thank you, as always, for watching it and we'll see you next time for more Catchphrase.
45:33Goodbye.
45:34See you soon.
