00:00I think at the end of the day, Iran realizes that they're not in a position to really negotiate.
00:05Time has been on the U.S. side when it comes to the ceasefire and the blockade in working to
00:10degrade and take down Iran's economy.
00:13But by the same token, Iran has also used that time to rebuild, to try and reconstitute their ballistic missile
00:20facilities, their drone manufacturing,
00:22and try to be able to get those supplies necessary should the war restart or the conflict restart.
00:29They can strike out not only against the United States, but other countries in the region.
00:34So at this point, time, while it has been on the United States side, it is now going to begin
00:39to favor Iran.
00:40I think the president is well aware of that.
00:43I think that the administration and working with the Navy and the military is also painfully aware of that.
00:49But by the same token, the U.S. has used this time to make sure that our training, the target
00:54set, the rearming and the refueling has been conducted
00:57so that not only can we continue the blockade, but we can also be prepared that should we have to
01:03re-engage with combat operations,
01:05kinetic strikes against Iran, we have a whole new target set that will allow us to really be able to
01:11degrade the IRGC
01:12and hopefully still create that opportunity for the Iranian people to seize control of their future and their destiny.
