00:37as opposed to those who are the fundamentalist militant element of the IRGC
00:43who are almost prepared to take the whole region back into some sort of volatile area of conflict.
00:51So no surprises at all, only probably slightly that it's taken this long
00:56for the Americans to remind the Iranians who holds the military upper hand.
