00:00I think the president is an average health for a 80 year old American man.
00:07OK, you're not concerned about anything in particular.
00:10The most important concern I would have is when you're getting a medical report, are the physicians being truthful and
00:19are they being transparent?
00:22Which for the past decade during the three administrations, they have not been.
00:28But there's been deceit, delusion, denial and delay.
00:34So it seems to be more political spin as opposed to here's a factual report.
00:44But for an 80 year old man, the three things that I would check are advanced age causes cardiovascular disease.
00:52So they should release. Here's his anatomic or functional testing.
00:58Which they've chosen not to do completely in the past.
01:02Cancer. The big three for 80 year old man are colon cancer, lung cancer, prostate cancer.
01:09He does seem to be up to date on his screening and he has not had any issue.
01:14So I don't have any cancer concerns for him.
01:17And the third is neurodegenerative disease.
01:22Every 80 year old does have cognitive decline.
01:26You know, the cognitive decline accelerates in humans past the age of 60.
01:31So that's memory, reasoning, speed of processing, spatial visualization.
01:37You know, they put out that, you know, he did a 10 minute screening test, the Montreal cognitive assessment that
01:45he passed.
01:47And, you know, that that will guide you towards a dementia, which I don't think he has a dementia.
01:56But 80 year olds need to be at the top of their game medically, you know, physically and mentally, especially
02:05if they're the president of the United States.
