00:11I think the president very badly wants a deal.
00:14I think the president's problem is he's dealing with a bureaucracy in Washington that is not totally under his control.
00:21I think he has a secretary of state, Marco Rubio, who is sort of out there calling at audibles every time he gets out of the country.
00:30That's complicating things.
00:31And I think that he has a lot of factors such as Ukrainian input, which is causing complications because obviously Zelensky doesn't agree with the 28 point plan.
00:41There's now a 19 point plan that apparently the Ukrainians have floated as an alternative that Marco Rubio is running with.
00:47So there is no consensus here.
00:49There is no stasis in the argument.
00:51So in my opinion, I don't think we're going to be getting a deal anytime soon, unfortunately, although I do believe Trump wants it.
