Indian and Japanese flavours converge in Sharmini’s ‘sooshi’

Inspired by her love of sushi, baker Sharmini Ramesh put her own spin on the classic Japanese favourite by infusing it with Indian flavours. Diners can enjoy her unique fusion creation, ‘sooshi’, at The Sweet Tooth Café in Subang Jaya.
