00:12said the body of Nur-Izati Humaira Azizul, 19, was found off the hiking trail by the
00:18search and rescue team at 11.59am.
00:21Speaking to Burnama, he said the victim's body was found about 500 meters from where
00:25she was last seen and one kilometer from the incident control post.
00:29He added that it took the search and rescue team about 20 minutes to bring the body to
00:33the control post using a stretcher.
00:35The body was handed over to the police and taken to Kuala Kupu Baharu Hospital.
00:40The search and rescue operation involving various security agencies resumed at 8am today after
00:45being suspended at 6.30pm yesterday.
00:49Nur-Izati Humaira was believed to have lost her way at about 10.50am last Saturday while
00:53descending Bukit Changkat Asa with her family after deciding to walk ahead alone as she felt
00:58hot and tired.
