00:00This spanakopita skillet dip didn't last 10 minutes
00:02in the test kitchen.
00:03I love a skillet dip.
00:04It's one of my favorite things to bring to a party.
00:06It's hot, cheesy, and it's usually made in the pan
00:08you're gonna serve it in.
00:09And spanakopita flavors work perfectly here.
00:11You start by softening leeks into butter,
00:13then wilting down piles and piles of spinach.
00:15Add garlic, salt, and nutmeg,
00:17and then that creamy filling that's made up of cream cheese,
00:19fresh feta, and yogurt.
00:21Stir it all together until it's mixed,
00:22and then this gets topped with phyllo dough.
00:24Phyllo is kind of magical in that the messier it is,
00:26the better.
00:27This bakes up super quick.
00:28You're just waiting for that dough to crisp,
00:30and then you're ready to feed a crowd.
00:31These bits are so good.
