This might be the best “Marry Me” dinner recipe yet! In this video, Natalie shows you how to make Marry Me Chicken Meatballs using a flavorful ground chicken mixture. Best served over orzo pasta, the creamy tomato sauce that smothers the browned meatballs will have your date down on one knee as soon as the meal is over.

00:00I promise you, these are the best meatballs you'll ever taste.
00:02We're starting with a pound and a half of ground chicken, ricotta, parmesan, bread crumb, parsley,
00:07a little nutmeg, garlic, and an egg. Mix this together.
00:09I really like using an ice cream scoop because I don't like to roll the meatballs too much because it
00:12makes them tough.
00:13So this is going to give you a nice, soft meatball.
00:15We're adding a little butter and oil to our pan. We're just going to make sure to brown them on
00:18all sides.
00:19Now we're just going to pour in our sauce, a little heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes.
00:22We're going in with a little Italian seasoning, some salt, some pepper.
00:25Carefully stir it all together. You do not want to break up your meatballs.
00:27We're going to cover it until the meatballs are cooked through.
00:29Let them cook.
00:30I'm serving this over a little bit of orzo, some sauce.
00:33Everything's better with a little fresh parmesan and some fresh parsley.
00:37It's a plate of heaven.
