00:00Woo, I can see why it's called firecracker.
00:02These chicken meatballs come together by combining eggs
00:04with garlic and finely chopped jalapeno,
00:06along with soy sauce and spices.
00:08Then in goes the ground chicken,
00:09season it up and mix it to combine.
00:11Add in some breadcrumbs, then roll them up
00:13and bake them at 475 for about 10 minutes.
00:15I'm doing a dinner size,
00:16but you could roll them smaller for bite-size appetizers.
00:18While they cook, make the firecracker sauce,
00:20which is simply buffalo sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce,
00:23vinegar and Worcestershire, and of course,
00:25the crushed red pepper.
00:26It's a firecracker.
00:27Simmer it until the sugar dissolves,
00:28brush them over the meatballs,
00:29and cook for another couple minutes.
00:30Serve with more of that sauce
00:31and get ready for the explosion of flavor.
00:33These are gonna be hot in more ways than one.
00:36Mm, woo.
00:38I can see why it's called firecracker.
00:40It hits you hard, but it doesn't linger.
00:41If you like things with a kick, you're gonna love these.
