00:03You know how I know, because I just made it up.
00:05Start by chopping up some green onion.
00:06I'm gonna go in with an egg, crushed up Ritz crackers,
00:09some half and half, some grated parm,
00:11and then I'm going with two garlic cloves.
00:13All right, let me give this a mix.
00:14You don't really want any big chunk of crackers,
00:17so make sure those are broken up.
00:18In goes ground chicken, salt, pepper, some shredded mozz.
00:22These are rolled and ready to go.
00:23I'm gonna pop these into the oven at 400 degrees.
00:25Just take 10 minutes in the oven.
00:27For the sauce, I've started with bacon
00:29because a million dollar.
00:30And then we're gonna turn this into a bacon Alfredo,
00:33and I'm just using store-bought Alfredo sauce here.
00:36I'm gonna add a little more half and half to the jar.
00:38Shake it up and pour that in.
00:40All right, and then I'm just gonna let that simmer.
00:42I'm gonna add a little more to the sauce,
00:43some crushed red pepper, grated parm,
00:45and a little lemon zest, a little juice too.
00:48Now drop those meatballs in.
00:50I'm gonna let that come together for just about five minutes,
00:52then I'm just gonna finish it off with a little sour cream.
00:54At the end, if the sauce gets a little too thick,
00:56go in with a little water.
00:57I've just taken some pasta and tossed it
00:59with a little of the sauce and parsley.
