🧛 Fun fact: In the ‘Twilight’ films, Taylor Lautner and Robert Pattinson never actually became close despite spending years working side by side. Lautner revealed on a podcast that the two are simply completely different people and never connected on a deeper level, saying “he was always fantastic and the sweetest person ever” but adding that the whole Team Edward vs Team Jacob fan frenzy created a strange energy between them that made things “awkward at times.”

Pattinson has since joked about how surreal the whole rivalry still feels to him nearly 20 years later, telling a reporter bluntly that Team Jacob vs Team Edward was “just a marketing thing” and expressing visible disbelief that people are still talking about it.
