00:00We've got British flags on and we're going to get arrested!
00:03We've got English flags on here, Rachel, and we're going to get arrested!
00:06Look at Rachel Reeves, they have a smile on the face!
00:09They're ruling the country, they're going to be astounded!
00:11What's the thing about?
00:13I love our country! I love our country!
00:17I love our country!
00:21And one of the things about our country is good manners!
00:24Jesus!
00:26It's not very British! Right, very good!
00:30You can put that on the telly!
00:32I can announce that we'll be extending the freeze on fuel duty all the way through until the end of
00:39the year.
00:40Given what's happening in the Middle East, it is important that we now provide certainty.
00:45This war is not a war that we started, it's not a war that we joined,
00:50but it is having an impact to people here in the UK.
00:54And despite the decline in inflation that we've seen in the numbers that have just come out,
00:59I obviously recognise the challenges that families and businesses are facing,
01:04and so we're keeping that freeze in place until the end of this year.
01:08The plans that I inherited when I became Chancellor would have seen that fuel duty rise almost straight away.
01:14That wasn't the right decision, and what is happening in the Middle East today means it is important
01:19that we keep that freeze in fuel duty until the end of the year.
01:23Inflation fell in April to 2.8%.
01:26That was a bigger fall than economists had been expecting.
01:29To be able to pass this while further, things become more Bauwerk though.
01:29Inflation fell inaudible.
01:29That is amazing.
01:29did not even expect it.
01:30Thanks for the January 2017 season,
