00:00So right now, I know you didn't start your entrepreneurial journey with your present
00:04business.
00:05So how did you get started with your present business and how did the idea came to you
00:09and just walk us through how you got started with your present business?
00:14Well, that's an excellent question.
00:15I was pretty much prepared for this by studying a second language in college.
00:22I'm originally from Northeast Philadelphia.
00:24And when I graduated back in 1991, Abington High School, I decided to be a Spanish
00:29communication major.
00:30So it was really just to make myself marketable and to be able to, at least if I had the
00:36opportunity
00:37to move abroad, to be able to, once again, integrate a little bit easier.
00:42But so when I had this opportunity, once again, I was bilingual in Spanish.
00:46I was capable of communicating in sales and promotions.
00:50And so working at a call center, I really saw the art of speech.
00:55I realized that there are very large margins with it.
00:58And if I could hire a certain specialist in the human resources, accounting, law, and
01:04my IT department, I would be able to scale.
01:07And I would be able to grow a company because I can't wear all hats for all positions.
01:12I'm a specialist in sales training, motivation, marketing.
01:16But I did need to bring in individuals that would be able to sustain a business over a long term.
01:23And so fortunately, I found the right people.
01:26And I've had people with me over a decade.
01:29And they've grown with me.
01:31And my main goal, my O is just to find ways to delegate and to promote people with a company.
01:37That's how you're able to grow and sustain a long term.
01:40Yeah, that's awesome.
01:41Like you've seen a plug, like a space in the market and you feeling anything down.
