00:22My name is Richard Blank.
00:24I'm the CEO of Costa Rica's Call Center,
00:26smack dab here right here in Central America.
00:28And once again, I cannot wait to share ideas with you
00:31and your amazing Six Figure Entrepreneur audience.
00:34Yeah, thank you so much.
00:36We are super excited to have you as a guest
00:38on the Six Figure Entrepreneur Podcast.
00:40So to just get the show rolling,
00:43can you just start with how you got into this entrepreneurial stuff?
00:47Like, what's the story like
00:48and what got you started as an entrepreneur?
00:51Well, I started my first business in my mid-30s,
00:54but I learned the business when I was 27 years old
00:57and had a one in a million opportunity to move to Costa Rica
01:00and to work at my friend's call center.
01:03And so when I was there over the course of four years,
01:05I got to see what the business was like from the inside and out
01:08and learn ways in which to enhance the experience.
01:11And so once I understood the industry,
01:13had some capital and was ready to go,
01:15I threw my hat in the ring and started my company.
01:17And here we are 14 years later with 150 full-time agents.
01:21I own a building back in House 300.
01:24And it was really more of a slow and steady experience,
01:27but very consistent, Ayoa.
