00:10Happy this evening! Woo-hoo!
00:14Jed and I are gonna take my fast car, so we can get there quicker, maybe.
00:19Hey, Kenny. How you doing, love?
00:22Oh!
00:25You ready to skate?
00:26Yeah, I'm nervous.
00:28Are you nervous to skate, or are you nervous because we're hanging out?
00:32Candace is my ex-wife, and one of the biggest regrets is letting Candace go.
00:38Oh!
00:40So, maybe I can still repair this.
00:43Maybe it's time to try again.
00:48We're on our way to our gate to go to Juarez.
00:51Yes, we're excited about what's to come.
00:53Four years ago, we started the visa process for Armando and Hannah.
00:56And after all this time, they finally have their interview date.
01:02Hi!
01:03How'd it go?
01:04Something that we weren't expecting just happened.
01:11When your mother-in-law doesn't like you, like, the relationship never worked.
01:18I'm trying my best to make this a very good, memorable first family Thanksgiving.
01:24But my mom is getting on my last nerve.
01:30And these words, they cut like knives into my heart.
01:49Hello, hello!
01:50Okay, this is our casa.
01:52We're gonna show you around our house, do a little house tour.
01:55So, mi casa, su casa.
01:57Join us!
01:58Welcome!
01:59Welcome!
01:59Welcome to our home.
02:00We're gonna give you guys a little tour.
02:02Here we go.
02:04Come on in!
02:06This is our little living room.
02:09It's an open concept.
02:11And look at this kitchen, guys.
02:13Okay, you don't every day find a kitchen like this.
02:17Shark teeth-like accents.
02:19Come on.
02:20If you're into great white sharks, this is the place to go.
02:25My name's Armando.
02:26I'm 37 years old and I am from San Felipe, Mexico.
02:29I'm Kenny.
02:30I'm 63 years old, originally from St. Petersburg, Florida.
02:33Now living with my husband in San Felipe, Mexico.
02:38Here's our bedroom, guys.
02:41Nice.
02:42We love, like, the Spanish-style windows and everything.
02:45And we recently moved from Mexico City to San Felipe, Mexico, my hometown.
02:49It's a total change from Mexico City, from city life to no life.
02:57But I'm getting used to rattlesnakes, scorpions, coyotes.
03:01They're all around us here.
03:04And now let's show you our math here.
03:07Look at the Mexican sinks.
03:08I really like that.
03:10Don't even look at Kenny's.
03:11He has tons of products.
03:13You can't see that, guys.
03:14It's his secret.
03:15Wait.
03:15You can't see everything I use.
03:17To keep looking, you know, 60-ish.
03:21Our 90-day journey began eight years ago when we met on an online support group for gay fathers.
03:26Hey!
03:26How you doing?
03:27Good. How are you?
03:28Good.
03:29I miss you.
03:30Miss you, too.
03:31And after being in a relationship for three and a half years long distance, we decided I would move from
03:36Florida to Mexico.
03:39After moving to Mexico, I decided to propose to Armando.
03:42Our wedding was the most beautiful and the best celebration I think we've ever had.
03:50These are for you.
03:51Oh, my God.
03:52You did it.
03:55After being in Mexico City for a couple years and enjoying that adventure, I decided I wanted to move back
04:00to my hometown.
04:01When I moved to be with you, I remember saying, I'm leaving my hometown because I can't live here.
04:07I can't be seen with the guy.
04:10So it feels like I ran away.
04:12And I'd like to be able to go back.
04:14Almost like a full circle thing.
04:16I really didn't want to live in such a small town, but I knew it was important for Armando to
04:19come back to his hometown as a proud, open, gay man.
04:23And I wanted to support him in that.
04:25Yeah, well, it was important also for me to come back to my hometown and reconnect with my family, especially
04:30because we actually have some big changes coming up.
04:37All right, let's go check on Kenny, see how he's doing.
04:41Oh, my goodness, yes.
04:43Hey, Kenny.
04:44How are you doing, love?
04:46Good.
04:48How's the bad?
04:49He's doing good.
04:50He's a good pop.
04:51Before I moved away from my hometown to be with Kenny, in 2015, I actually opened up a business, a
04:56Perazoran Spa.
04:59You are putting conditioner, right?
05:02Making sure.
05:03If anybody knows about conditioner, it's me.
05:05That is true.
05:07Okay, here you go.
05:08Oh!
05:11Thank you, Lucas.
05:13While we were gone and living in Mexico City, my sister actually helped me manage the shop.
05:17But now that we're back, I'm back at work, and Kenny's going to be back at work, too.
05:21Well, I'm part-time.
05:22I'm not working full-time.
05:23I'm semi-retired.
05:26All right, well, Hannah will be here any minute.
05:30We had a long day at work, and she had a long day at school, I'm sure.
05:34Hannah is my daughter from her previous relationship.
05:36She's actually now 13 years old.
05:39Hi.
05:39How are you?
05:40How was school?
05:41Good.
05:41She's the most prettiest little girl, the sweetest.
05:44She's a real princessa.
05:46Kenny wants to be the princessa, but he can't.
05:48I'm the queen.
05:50Are you hungry?
05:51We have snacks.
05:53Kenny made the dog, so he's tired, supposedly.
05:55I'm exhausted.
05:57So let me ask you, Hannah.
05:59We're going to be going to the immigration interview soon.
06:05Are you excited for that?
06:07Yeah, I'm really happy because I would like to study in the United States.
06:11Go for that.
06:12That's like my dream.
06:13So you want to move to the United States?
06:15Yeah.
06:16When I first moved to Mexico, it wasn't in our plan to move to the United States.
06:20I really did go the other way to be with Armando and Hannah.
06:23But now that we've been here a long time, it might be in our best interest
06:27and for our family to eventually move to the United States.
06:30So four years ago, we started the visa process for Armando and Hannah.
06:34And after all this time being on the waiting list and all the paperwork to get their visa,
06:39they finally have their interview date.
06:42I'm excited for that.
06:44Like, I have grandkids that are growing up and I haven't been around my kids for six years
06:50at any length of time here.
06:52My dad is too old to travel now.
06:55Yeah.
06:57I'm so excited for this interview because it can change our lives.
07:00It means a lot of opportunities for Hannah and for her education.
07:04It means I can see my family more that live in the States.
07:07As much as I love being back home and being here in Mexico,
07:10we have lived together here for seven years.
07:13And I also understand that Kenny needs to be close to his family.
07:16And for me to get closer to them as well, because living in Mexico,
07:19we haven't been able to get as close as maybe we'd like to.
07:24Are you nervous about the interview, Hannah?
07:26Yeah.
07:26Yeah, they're going to ask you questions.
07:28Like, which questions?
07:31Like, who am I?
07:33Oh, my stepfather.
07:36Where was I born?
07:38In Ohio.
07:39Yeah.
07:39Got it.
07:41This interview is a lot riding on it.
07:45Because if they say yes and everything, you guys can come to the States now.
07:49I hope.
07:50I pray.
08:04We're on our way to our gate to go to Juarez.
08:07Yes.
08:07Yes.
08:08We're excited about what's to come.
08:09And hopefully good, good vibes and good things.
08:12Yeah.
08:12We're on our way to Suarez, Chihuahua, which is where the U.S. Consulate is located
08:16and where we're going to have our final interview.
08:18But before that, we're going to make a little stop where our lawyer is at.
08:21She's going to give us some final information.
08:23So we're all prepared and set for our interviews.
08:25So we're excited.
08:26And we're off.
08:32We're about to take off.
08:33We're ready.
08:34You ready?
08:34We're locked and loaded.
08:36We're ready to go.
08:43All right, we're here.
08:44We're at the lawyer's office.
08:47So excited.
08:48I didn't nervous, but hopefully we get good answers.
08:51Today we're meeting with our immigration lawyer.
08:54With the current crackdown on immigration, it's even harder to get to the U.S.,
08:57so we want to make sure we're as prepared as possible.
09:02Come in, please.
09:03Hola, buenas tardes.
09:05Muy bien, muy bien.
09:06Hola.
09:08Hi, hi.
09:09How are you?
09:09Nice to meet you.
09:10Nice to meet you.
09:12Let's get the show on the road.
09:14We're excited.
09:14Yeah, let's talk about this.
09:16So the first appointment, we have the medical appointment.
09:19They're going to do some, like, pee tests and some blood,
09:23and maybe vaccination shots.
09:25If everything goes all right, the person is going to ask you to come back,
09:31like, the next day for the consulate appointment,
09:33they're going to ask you personal questions.
09:36And then who has the final decision is the officer at the consulate.
09:42But is there a way, like, they did deny it?
09:45There's a way to appeal it?
09:47Completely denied.
09:48There's not a way to appeal that.
09:50He can't ever apply again?
09:53He can't apply again, but the result is going to be the same.
09:56Oh, good Lord.
09:56This is really our one shot.
09:59We've waited so long, and a do-over really isn't possible.
10:03I'm nervous as is.
10:05And hearing her say that just is blowing my mind.
10:09So I wish you the best luck.
10:13Hopefully it goes good.
10:14Okay, bye-bye.
10:15Bye.
10:21Good night.
10:23After our meeting with our lawyer, I decided I'm going to shave,
10:27which I didn't want to because I was letting this grow.
10:30I was trying to grow up a little bit.
10:32but what if me having a beard impacted the interview or the result of it
10:37Or them seeing me as a good boy or as a bad boy?
10:40Okay, so here we go, I'm gonna do it, wish me luck.
10:49Stay away.
10:53Oh God, I feel weird.
10:55No, I feel like I look weird.
11:00I feel bald.
11:03What are you laughing at?
11:05It's good.
11:06Huh?
11:06No, nothing.
11:08Let's see if they like it.
11:09You better.
11:11Let's see.
11:12Hi, guys.
11:13Hi.
11:15Hi, Hannah.
11:17Do I look good?
11:20Why are you doing that?
11:22What'd I do?
11:24Oh my God.
11:25What do you guys think?
11:26Does it look weird?
11:28You have a lip.
11:29Yeah.
11:31That's weird.
11:32Wait.
11:32She says my lips look small now.
11:34Yeah.
11:35You're lying through your teeth.
11:46Today Hannah and I are heading to a medical exam, which is the first part of a two-part visa
11:51process.
11:51The purpose of this medical exam is to, you know, make sure that they're healthy, they have no diseases, and,
11:58you know, that they're not bringing anything into the United States, and that's why they have to have vaccines as
12:02well to make sure everything's up to date.
12:06We got this stuff.
12:08Yeah.
12:09Love you guys.
12:11What happens today and tomorrow is going to determine what our future looks like.
12:16It can open up a whole world of opportunities for Hannah.
12:19It'll also leave me the opportunity to be in my family's life more.
12:23There's a lot at stake, so I'm just praying that it goes well.
12:34Hey, love.
12:36Hi.
12:37Hola.
12:38How'd it go?
12:40Well, good and bad.
12:43Good and bad?
12:44Yeah, something that we weren't expecting just happened.
12:48Like what?
12:51Well, well, we did our tests, and among the tests, one of them was an x-ray.
12:58Um, turns out that on the x-rays, there was like scarring of my lungs.
13:07Oh, my God.
13:08Holy .
13:20Why do you keep leaving me alone with your mom?
13:24What do you want me to do?
13:25You've complained about this in the past.
13:27What I'm asking is not to leave me alone with her because I'm going to lose it.
13:33I'm Jasmine.
13:34I'm 39 years old.
13:36I am from Panama City, Panama, and I currently live in beautiful Florida.
13:41It's Thanksgiving Day, and I offered to host Thanksgiving for Matt's family.
13:48But I have my mom on my ear driving me nuts.
13:54Okay, do you want me to wash her while you start cooking, or what are we doing?
13:57I'm begging Matt to please take care of his mom, but he's not even doing that.
14:02Jesus Christ.
14:03I swear, we could live in a mansion and have everything.
14:06You should be like, eh, about something.
14:07Just behave.
14:09Behave.
14:10There's no reason to be happy.
14:12It's Thanksgiving.
14:16My 90-day journey began when I met Gina on a sugar baby's side.
14:22He was so charming, handsome, and funny.
14:25We fell in love, and we both applied for a K-1 visa, and I moved to the United States.
14:32Baby!
14:32Be more!
14:34Woo-hoo-hoo!
14:3590 days later, I married him.
14:40Te amo. Te amo. Te amo. Muchisimo.
14:43Te amo.
14:50Everything began to go down the drain when, after getting married, you know, stopped having intimacy with me.
14:57I'm so desperate, you know, to have some sort of validation from you, like you actually attracted to me.
15:03like my husband doesn't make love to me.
15:07Gina and I decided to get divorced
15:09and I started to form a relationship with Matt
15:13and I get born to my beautiful daughter, Matilda.
15:17Please come to my daughter, mama.
15:19We love you, honey.
15:21I'm trying my best to be the traditional housewife,
15:26hosting, cooking, baking,
15:28and I want to make this a very memorable
15:31first family Thanksgiving,
15:33but Matt's mom is getting on my last nerve.
15:38I should go over there.
15:40No, because then the mosquitoes enter.
15:44I deserve better than this.
15:47This submissive is getting me tired.
15:50It's not taking me anywhere.
15:52He doesn't appreciate all the that I do.
15:55And you know what?
15:56From now, I'm going to continue wearing my high heels
15:58because it's always like,
15:59oh, don't wear high heels because then you look taller than me.
16:02Shhh.
16:04Tiny .
16:06Back to Mr. Medium.
16:08Mm-hmm.
16:10Whew.
16:10Okay.
16:11I have dealt with my Latino family.
16:13This is just another place.
16:18Hello.
16:20Hello.
16:21Hello.
16:22The chef is back.
16:24Woo!
16:27Welcome back.
16:28Right now, I'm just going to focus on preparing dinner,
16:32doing my best, and ignore Matt's mom.
16:36I'm going to be the best Thanksgiving host
16:39that there have ever been in the whole history
16:42of the United States of America.
16:48Dinner is ready.
16:50Now?
16:51Yes.
16:53The chicken is good.
16:53Oh, my God.
16:54The chicken is good.
16:55Wait.
16:56It's turkey.
16:58It's turkey.
16:59It's turkey.
16:59It's chicken?
17:00It tastes good.
17:03It's chicken that tastes like turkey.
17:05I thought it was turkey.
17:06Yeah, she didn't get the turkey.
17:08Then she replaced the turkey with a ham,
17:10which is going to be done two hours.
17:12Two hours after the dinner.
17:15Everything turned out great.
17:16The chicken was delicious, and everybody loved it.
17:19I would say it was pretty good.
17:21My dinner was perfect.
17:22My dinner was perfect.
17:23Thank you for everything, Tommy.
17:25I'm going to show you how thankful I am later, OK?
17:28I have my periods.
17:30It's fine.
17:31I know how to run a red light.
17:33Oh.
17:35I think I've seen it.
17:48Hi, diaries.
17:50So my in-laws already left.
17:54I didn't let them touch anything, do dishes.
17:59A lot of hospitality, and I thought that I caused a good impression.
18:04That's what I thought, right?
18:06But before Matt's mom left, she handed me this envelope that says,
18:13Happy birthday, Matt, which was kind of weird for me,
18:16because his birthday was one month ago.
18:18And then she said, Oh, this is for Matt,
18:22but there is something in there for you that I want you to read.
18:27And I just, and these words, even if they are using paper,
18:38they cut like knives into my heart.
18:42When your mother-in-law doesn't like you,
18:44like, the relationship never works.
18:49I'm sorry, babe.
18:54There is something we need to talk about.
19:02Your mom, before she left, she handed me this envelope that says,
19:07Happy birthday, Matt.
19:08And she, and I was like, Oh, okay.
19:10This is for Matt's birthday.
19:11Fine.
19:12And she said, Yes, but I wrote something for you.
19:15So today, I open it.
19:18There is a beautiful birthday card for you, $20, which I'm keeping, by the way.
19:26Obviously.
19:27Yeah, I'm keeping it more after I read what I'm about to read to you.
19:32Dear Jasmine, I spent a lot of time praying for you and Matt,
19:38but I cannot give you my blessing without commitment and marriage.
19:44As a mother, I cannot participate in your life of living and sin.
19:50Okay.
19:51I also need to express your clothing selection feels immodest.
20:00All of this could have been avoided if Matt had chosen someone who shares our background.
20:07Perhaps a Romanian girl, here we go, who understands our traditions.
20:13With love, Olympia, thank you for inviting us to Thanksgiving.
20:19So what do you want me to say?
20:21Matt, you understand how this letter made me feel?
20:25I know you don't like me agreeing with my mom, but I kind of view the same thing.
20:33Like, marriage is still really important, not just to my mom, but also to me.
20:36Why would you be married to me when all you do is to joke about what did you tell me
20:41all the time?
20:42You have to find better hobbies than getting married and divorced.
20:46And you call me, uh, Jasmine Jennifer Lopez.
20:52I know I joke around.
20:53Exactly.
20:54So why would you want to be married to me then?
20:57Because we have a child together now, okay?
20:59Exactly.
21:00I don't want to marry a man that says that wants to marry me because he's mommy and because
21:05we have a child.
21:06It's not about my mom.
21:07It's about me.
21:10Matt, not even once you have said that you want to marry me because I'm the love of
21:14your life, because you cannot picture your life without me.
21:18You want me to say bull like the other guys did?
21:20So, no.
21:21That hurt you?
21:21I'm in solid love.
21:23I'm going to, I'm going to follow you around.
21:25I love you.
21:26And then it doesn't go anywhere and you get divorced from them.
21:32Treat me with love and I'm going to be an angel, but do this and I'm going to be a
21:40bitch.
21:41I'm not going to be pressured into marrying anyone.
21:45them, that letter, math and marriage.
21:50I'm not going to marry him, period.
21:52I'm just going to see you again.
21:55I'm going to go to her college school.
21:57Have fun.
21:59You have 30 dollar to spend.
22:24All right, so I just got back into town,
22:27and I like to have family dinner when I come back in town,
22:31so let's go have some pizza.
22:34I'm Josh. I'm 44, and I am currently in Peoria, Arizona.
22:40Jet and I are gonna take my fast car, as we call it,
22:44as my daughter calls it, my fast car.
22:46So we can get there quicker, maybe.
22:49I hope so. I'm hungry.
22:52A few years ago, this blonde Ukrainian
22:55came walking into my life named Natalie,
23:00and we started dating.
23:03I'm really glad that, you know, I'm really getting to know you.
23:09Things moved kind of fast.
23:11We tried for a good two, three years
23:15to have some type of relationship,
23:17and unfortunately, it just didn't work out.
23:20You're so talented! I'm your girlfriend, look who I am!
23:23Natalie, Natalie, I think we're gonna take a breather.
23:26I think we need to take a step back.
23:28Oh, .
23:28As far as relationship-wise,
23:31I think both of us are better off about each other.
23:38After my relationship with Natalie,
23:40I did get back out there in the dating scene,
23:42and I decided to date Jen.
23:46I thought she was drop-dead gorgeous.
23:48And I did ask her to be my girlfriend
23:51because I thought that I was ready.
23:55You are a serious, uh, disability relationship.
23:58You really like to work.
24:02I just want to, like, take things well quickly.
24:07You know, as much as I wanted the whole Jen relationship
24:10to work out,
24:11we just thought that we are better friends
24:14than being in a relationship together.
24:18Okay, we made it to El Bosco downtown.
24:22It's my favorite pizza spot.
24:24I like to reconnect, have a family dinner,
24:26see what's been going on with everybody's days.
24:28Candy!
24:30Oh, hello.
24:32Oh, you look cute.
24:34Thanks.
24:35Good to see you.
24:36How are you?
24:38Good.
24:39How are you?
24:40Good.
24:40Candice is my ex-wife and also Jet's mom.
24:43Even though we've been divorced,
24:45we still are very close, we're still friends,
24:47and we still do a lot of, like, family dinners together.
24:50We met really young,
24:52and it was just that young love,
24:54like, where you fall really hard
24:56and you fall really fast,
24:57and, like, that person is just everything to you
25:00in the entire world.
25:02And when Candice was 18 years old
25:05and I was 24 years old,
25:07we decided to get married.
25:08It was just, like, me and Candice against the world,
25:11you know?
25:12And then we had my son, Jet,
25:13and then it was the three of us against the world.
25:16And then I took a job that put me on the road a lot.
25:20And it really started this, you know,
25:23this downward spiral in the relationship
25:25with me gone all the time.
25:27Yeah.
25:28I'm trying to get the three of us right here.
25:31Come on.
25:32Come on.
25:32Let's go.
25:33Every weekend I was gone,
25:35and that just caused separation,
25:37which, you know, ultimately ended in divorce.
25:41And that's one of the biggest regrets in my life
25:44is letting Candice go.
25:48When we got married,
25:49when we were driving back from Mexico,
25:52me, your mom, Grandpa Kelly,
25:55I told your mom, I was like,
25:57let's just keep going,
25:59go to Vegas and get married.
26:00And she's like, okay.
26:04I know.
26:05So...
26:09she's so devastated.
26:12Yes.
26:13You guys.
26:14Yes.
26:16Just recently I've heard a little birdie told me
26:18that Candice is actually single now.
26:23The face is loaded.
26:25Oh my gosh.
26:27You know, this is one of the first times in a long time
26:30that both of us have been single at the same time.
26:33So I've had like thoughts kind of cross my mind,
26:36as far as, like, well, maybe it's time.
26:38Maybe we're ready to try again.
26:44Good food?
26:46That was great.
26:48You look nice.
26:51Sweet.
26:53That's good.
26:55Okay.
26:55What do you think about me?
26:57You can grab a kiss.
26:57Yeah.
27:01Just me in here?
27:02Yeah, just, you know.
27:04Just have dinner.
27:05Just have dinner.
27:11The fact that she agreed to go on this date,
27:14it makes me feel like maybe I can, you know,
27:18maybe I can still repair this.
27:21Bye, thank you.
27:22You're welcome, guys.
27:27Hope your, uh, ping pong game is up to date.
27:32Yeah, but only, so this will be fun.
27:38I really try to spend as much time as possible with the kids
27:41because, you know, we've been through a lot.
27:43About two years ago now, Jet was in a tragic accident.
27:49Candace was calling me over and over again, which is abnormal.
27:53And we went straight into the emergency room to see Jet, and...
28:05Sorry, it's hard to talk about, like, reliving.
28:10One sec.
28:14He's unconscious, and there was so much damage to his right leg
28:18that all the blood was just going into the leg,
28:21and all of his organs were failing.
28:24And so...
28:26They were like,
28:29we have to take his leg, or he's going to die.
28:34And, you know, Candace, Candace is just a wreck.
28:38And she said,
28:40just save his life.
28:41Just save his life.
28:43Just save his life.
28:52It was a really long road to recovery.
28:54But, you know, my son, he's a fighter.
28:58He's a warrior.
29:00At the end of the day,
29:01that experience really brought us all closer together
29:05as a family.
29:06And I cherish the time that we are able to spend together.
29:10All right.
29:11Let's go play some ping-pong.
29:13I don't really take anything for granted now.
29:15Maybe that's, you know, why I want to meet with Candace.
29:20It's a cool little spot.
29:23I've already asked Candace out,
29:24but I just, I want to make sure
29:26that he's 100% okay with it.
29:29You ready for this?
29:30Ready.
29:31Because if he's not,
29:32then that's going to put the brakes on everything.
29:37Hey, pizza was good the other night, right?
29:40Yeah.
29:41This is, like,
29:43one of the first times that me and your mom
29:46have both been single.
29:50Yeah?
29:53I did ask her out on a little date.
29:57I just really want to make sure
29:59that you were cool with it, man.
30:01I don't know, man.
30:02I mean, you guys have very different lifestyles.
30:06I mean, you're always traveling.
30:08What, are you going to stop traveling?
30:10Why do you think that's a problem?
30:13I would love for you guys to be together,
30:15but I don't think it's going to work.
30:18But why?
30:20Because you've already tried.
30:21But we tried, like, young.
30:23Like, we were young love.
30:25I mean, go on a date, see how it goes.
30:27But if you were to be dating her,
30:29you don't mess it up.
30:30You can't be sliding into everyone's DMs.
30:34That's not allowed with her.
30:36Serious.
30:39Well, at this point, I don't think it's any secret
30:41that it's been really hard for me
30:43to, you know, really fully commit into a relationship.
30:47But that was the past.
30:49And I feel like I've changed.
30:52And I'm a new man.
30:54But, you know, I just know that
30:56in going into something with Candace,
30:57like, I have to be 100% serious.
30:59Because I don't want any disruption,
31:01like, with Jet and I's relationship.
31:03But we'll have to see how things go on our date first.
31:08Oh!
31:09Damn.
31:20Hey, love.
31:22Hi.
31:23How'd it go?
31:24So, on the x-rays, there was, like, scarring of my lungs.
31:29And so, the doctors have to check it for TB, tuberculosis.
31:35Today, Hannah and I had our medical exam,
31:37which is a first step towards getting our U.S. visa.
31:40But, unfortunately, the doctor did find something in me
31:43that is very concerning.
31:45When you have tuberculosis, your lungs get scarred.
31:49Okay.
31:50And it's not for sure that I have that.
31:52But it could be that.
31:54He said in Mexico it's very common.
31:56And so, that's going to cancel my interview date.
32:00I can't go into the consulate.
32:03Oh, my God.
32:04The results take about two months to come back.
32:09And then, if, this is if, they come back negative,
32:13then I will get rescheduled then three months more.
32:16If the results come back positive,
32:18this could be a year, a year and a half.
32:21The interview I have at the consulate
32:23is automatically canceled and postponed
32:25until they have clear that I don't have active tuberculosis.
32:29It's just a scary feeling, and it's sad that now
32:32this process that we've been waiting for for years
32:34is delayed even longer.
32:38What about her?
32:40With her, the blood they drew,
32:42I guess they're going to check it through there
32:44if she has anything.
32:45But with her, it's like a quick result
32:47because they're going to call me later today.
32:49And if she's clean, then she's good to go
32:51and she can have her interview.
32:53She can get to the United States, but you can't?
33:10I love you.
33:11I love you more.
33:28I love you.
33:38Oh, here it is, here it is.
33:53Everything's good.
33:55Really? Yes.
33:56She has no TV, nothing.
33:58So you're good to go.
34:00Yeah.
34:01So next is the interview.
34:15Are you guys ready for this?
34:16Yeah, we're ready.
34:18I'm excited.
34:19Ready to have to be.
34:21We're on our way to the U.S. Consulate for Hannah's interview.
34:25Since I can't go in there because I might be contagious
34:27and have tuberculosis, I'm actually not allowed to go in there.
34:31So as her father can't go in with her,
34:33the next person in line is her sponsor, Kenny.
34:36So you're going to have to do it.
34:39It's nerve-wracking for me
34:41because I did not expect to be in there
34:43having to do any kind of interview at all.
34:45Yeah.
34:45They're going to ask all kinds of dates and times
34:48and things like that.
34:49And I really haven't had a chance to study up on it.
34:52And maybe one wrong answer might ruin everything.
34:56It will.
34:57I'll wait out here for you guys.
34:59Hopefully you guys come out quick with good news.
35:02Love.
35:04Love.
35:04Love.
35:12I feel devastated about yesterday's medical exam,
35:16but I really don't want to focus so much on my pending medical results.
35:20Right now, I'm just so nervous for Hannah.
35:23As a father, I want all the best for Hannah's future.
35:26So her future, our future really hinges on her passing this interview.
35:35Just sitting and waiting here almost makes my nerves worse
35:40because a lot of people next to me, their family members got here
35:43and they were denied.
35:44And that just made me more worried for Hannah.
35:49I really don't know what to think.
35:59Jesus!
36:02Oh, my God.
36:03Oh, my God.
36:05Oh, my God.
36:05Oh, my God.
36:06Oh, my God.
36:07Oh, my God.
36:07Oh, my God.
36:08Oh, my God.
36:09Yay.
36:12We're extremely happy that Hannah can come to States.
36:14It's going to be a little bit of a delay that we can all go together.
36:18But I'm going to remain confident, and you should, too, babe.
36:21A little hiccup, but I have confidence that the new year will bring better things
36:25and we can all be a family in the States.
36:27Yes.
36:29We've got to be positive about you, because I know it's upsetting.
36:35Babe, it's been...
36:37Everything's been...
36:37I know, babe.
36:58I've got to say, I'm a little nervous tonight.
37:01I wonder if she's nervous.
37:04I'm ready for my date with Candace.
37:07We're going to go skating.
37:10Uh-oh.
37:11There she is.
37:12We're going to bring it back to, like, it's 1999 when we were dating.
37:16We had a lot of fun back in the day.
37:18You look cute.
37:20She's in here.
37:21Oh.
37:22You're always cute.
37:23Hi.
37:24How'd you see?
37:25Me too.
37:26You ready to skate?
37:27Yeah, I'm nervous.
37:29Are you nervous to skate or you're nervous because we're hanging out?
37:33Like, this is new.
37:35No, I'm nervous to bust my ass.
37:37I absolutely love Candace.
37:39The dynamic that we have, the closeness that we have.
37:42And I believe she feels the same exact way for me.
37:46Okay, let me do it.
37:47I'll do a 12 and she'll do a 6.
37:50Yeah?
37:51I know things like that.
37:55I guess we'll see what happens.
37:58And...
37:59I'm nervous.
38:01All right, dude.
38:13Cheating!
38:15Cheating!
38:16Well, we're having a really fun time skating.
38:20We kind of just fall into, you know, like, it was just yesterday that we were hanging out.
38:25Oh!
38:27Oh!
38:28Oh!
38:29Oh!
38:29It's so effortless with Candace.
38:32It's going really well.
38:35You're a great skater.
38:38Bye!
38:40Thank you!
38:41Bye!
38:41Bye!
38:41We're having a really good time together.
38:44And it puts a smile on my face that, you know, after all these years, we can still have fun.
38:49So, it means I'm doing something right.
38:54My lady.
38:55Thank you, my man.
38:56Ooh!
38:57You like that?
39:00I'm ready to go all in.
39:02And, you know, I'm hoping that she feels the same way.
39:07That was fun.
39:08That was a lot of fun.
39:09You know, I really enjoy hanging out with you.
39:13You know, there's always that question in my mind of, like, maybe it's time.
39:18Like, maybe it's time to try again.
39:21I don't know.
39:22Like...
39:27To me, that's kind of scary.
39:30Because I know it would be easy for both of us to say, yes, let's do this.
39:34And let's try to date.
39:35And then things could go sideways really quick.
39:38That's what scares me.
39:41Well, I mean, I feel like I've definitely grown so much more, like, personally.
39:49And, you know, we were very young.
39:51I know.
39:52And, look, those were the best years of my life was, you know, when it was us.
39:57And Chad was a baby.
39:58Like, those were, like, great times.
40:00You know?
40:01You know?
40:02I don't want to set myself up to get hurt again.
40:07And if you and I can just be friends and we keep it at that level and go on fun
40:12dates every now and then, okay.
40:14And then maybe in a couple years we try again.
40:16So, I just, I want to make sure you're ready, Josh.
40:19And maybe I'm not ready.
40:21Who knows?
40:25I guess there's no other word to say, but, you know, it sucks.
40:28She still sees me as, you know, this self-centered guy.
40:35But the fact that she still does give me her time and, you know, that we can do these little
40:41dates here and there, I think it's good, you know?
40:44And I'm still hopeful that things, you know, still can work out for us.
40:50Okay, so, yes or no to the couple dates every now and then?
40:53Yeah, I think, yeah.
40:54I mean, keep it light.
40:56And we're trying to smooch me then.
41:00No promises.
41:04I love you.
41:05I love you.
41:11Who's ready to trick or treat?
41:14Wow.
41:15Oh, he farted.
41:19It's been 12 years since I came out of his turn.
41:22So, this girl's been getting in a great.
41:25Mom, my good belly.
41:27Same thing and so big.
41:29What? Isn't that big?
41:30We have a really big secret that we have been keeping from everyone and that is we are pregnant with
41:36baby number four.
41:39Coby and I are going to tell the kids the big news today.
41:44What big news, Mom?
41:47I'm a model, so I need to have some shade.
41:51I'm about to have a whole bunch of feminizing surgeries like breast augmentation, facelift, jaw and chin surgery.
41:59We're going to restructure the bone so all the incisions are going to happen inside your mouth.
42:04And I'm just really worried.
42:08It's like 3.15 in the morning.
42:10Dallas is supposed to be home at like 2.45.
42:13So, I checked Dallas' location and he's parked down the street again.
42:18Is he a girl down the street for me?
42:20Is he cheating?
42:21I just have like a really bad feeling, but.
42:25Ugh.
42:26You
