On Tuesday, 12 May 2026, I noticed that FirstPort’s contractor, Community Property Care, was back on site. I took the opportunity to film a before‑and‑after comparison to see whether they would finally address the issues I had previously raised. Despite earlier assurances that these matters had been resolved, that was clearly not the case.

Although there were minor improvements, the situation remains largely unchanged. As with the previous video, it is evident that Community Property Care is still not carrying out the work they claim to be doing. There was no sign of FirstPort overseeing the visit, nor any involvement from Redrow — who still own the land, profit from it, and share responsibility for ensuring that maintenance standards are met.

The result is yet another disappointing outcome for residents, who continue to pay extortionate fees to both Redrow and FirstPort for a service that consistently fails to meet even basic expectations.
