This video serves as a follow‑up to my original recording from late March 2026, which I uploaded in early April. That first video highlighted the consistently poor maintenance standards delivered by FirstPort and their chosen contractor, Community Property Care.

Since then, I have attempted to engage with FirstPort directly. My email was ignored.

I have, however, had several email exchanges with Community Property Care. One of their site managers assured me that the issues I initially raised had been dealt with and that the necessary work had been completed.

In this follow‑up video, it is clear that while Community Property Care has attempted to address some of the problems, several others have been left unresolved. Claims that the roads are swept regularly — supposedly every three months — simply do not reflect the reality on the ground. The evidence in this video shows that these assurances are, at best, unreliable.
