00:01This is one of the things that my grandmother taught me.
00:04People greet you by your clothes, but say goodbye to you by your soul.
00:11I'm Svetlana Koifman, and I was born in Kyiv, Ukraine.
00:15And I have been a mom for 25 years.
00:25Growing up in Ukraine, when I was little, it was still the Soviet Union.
00:29So it was a very enclosed society.
00:31There was very little access to beauty products.
00:36In Russia and Ukraine, the winters are cold, and so the skin gets very dull.
00:40And beauty masks were very, very valuable.
00:48So it's a very easy mask to make.
00:51The first thing is sour cream.
00:54We take two ballots.
00:55The second ingredient is honey, because of the moisturizing quality in it.
01:03And finally, the oatmeal.
01:06One tablespoon.
01:08To get radiant skin, you really need to take off the dead cells.
01:15And oatmeal provides a manual exfoliation.
01:20So we mix all the ingredients.
01:22It's ready to go.
01:24It feels a little bit weird and slimy, but you have to remember that the ingredients are
01:29very healthy.
01:30So you put it all over the face, and just lay back for 20 minutes and let it work.
01:36You're welcome.
01:37Yeah.
01:40Make sure that you're going to be the same.
01:41You've got to look.
01:42Beautiful!
