00:18and what you think he's going to bring to the Buccaneers.
00:23Absolute stud.
00:24Relentless competitor.
00:25As physical, violent, and nasty as it gets on the field.
00:30Elite teammate.
00:31Elite work ethic.
00:33Just a 24-7 football guy.
00:37Family team.
00:38His faith.
00:39That's all he cares about.
00:41That guy has absolutely no care about personal accolades and none of that stuff.
00:44He wants to kick ass, and he wants to win.
00:47You know, you've got to replace Hakeem Esador and him.
00:51How's recruiting going so far?

00:55Miami has a different profile right now.
00:59And so we are able to, let's just say that the caliber of player and athlete
01:07that we're continuing to get after and bring to Miami keeps getting better

01:12But we bring them all to practice so they can watch us, how we work,
01:17how the practices are physical and demanding, how hard we coach,
01:21because they've got to be on board with this stuff.
