00:1660-year-old Mohammed Nizam faces four charges, two counts of alleged corruption involving bribes totaling over 552,000 ringgit,
00:26one count of criminal breach of trust involving 3 million ringgit in Armed Forces Welfare Fund funds, and one count
00:33of receiving 200,000 ringgit without compensation.
00:37The charges relate to his tenure as Assistant Chief of Staff for Personnel Services, during which he allegedly used his
00:44position to benefit several supplier companies and made unauthorized investments in Precious Amber International Berhad.
00:52He pleaded not guilty to all four charges before Judge Rosli Ahmad on January 23rd.
