00:41hand over the 48 documents to the defence, which would prejudice his client. Meanwhile,
00:47lawyer Tan Sri Mohamed Shafi Abdullah, representing Najib, said that the defence of the former
00:52Prime Minister would depend on Maud Irwan's statement or testimony.
00:57Deputy Public Prosecutor Mohamed Saifuddin Hashim Musaimi confirmed that there were 48
01:02other documents classified as secret and confidential, which had yet to be declassified and handed
01:08over to the defence. In October 2018, Najib and Mohamed Irwan claimed trial to six charges
01:15of CBT of 6.6 billion ringgit in government funds involving payments to the International
01:21Petroleum Investment Company, allegedly committed between December 2016 and December 2017.
