00:09Dead are Akeel Kaffee, his nearly two-year-old son Akini Kaffee, and a friend, Anthony Wilson, also known as

00:19The child's mother was also wounded and is said to be in critical condition at hospital.

01:15What I'm seeing here are blatant criminals, and we will be going after them.
01:18The murders took the homicide toll to 130.
01:23The incident has caused fear, anger in the community and across the country.
01:29But we want to assure the citizens to remain calm and to share any information that they can with the
