01:57It's beautiful round there and they breed proper warriors.

10:43I'm from Edinburgh.
10:44I'm 37 and I'm a veterinary surgeon.
10:47I now work with dogs and cats and I do orthopedic surgery and fix fractures and deal with their
10:53bones and joints.
10:55I live in England, but my Scottish roots are really important to me.
10:59I even play the bagpipes.
11:03I've got seven nieces and nephews.
11:05When we get together, it's utter chaos.
11:12My family are really proud of me being on gladiators.
11:15When I was younger, I was diagnosed with idiopathic adolescent scoliosis, which is a curvature
11:19in your spine.
11:20For me, I've always found that exercise has been really helpful in keeping my back
11:24strong.
11:25I love it.
11:27I'm doing gladiators because I want to show people that you can do anything if you set
11:31your mind to it.
11:37My name's Millie.
11:38I'm 28 and I'm from Cleethorpes and I'm a firefighter for Humberside Fire and Rescue.
11:44Since I was a little girl, I've always wanted to be in the fire service.
11:47It's taken a hell of a long time.
11:49It took me eight years to get where I am today.
11:52I could have given up and I never did.
11:58I started CrossFit maybe about two and a half years ago.
12:01I've never felt so fit and strong.
