00:01:52I'm 32 years old and I work as a farmer in Scotland.
00:01:56My day begins at 4.30 in the morning.
00:01:59We milk over 230 cattle.
00:02:02The milk then goes into our family business where we create our very own luxury dairy ice
00:02:08cream using our very own cow's milk.
00:02:10Growing up on a farm, you've developed a strong work ethic.
00:02:14I train six times a week.
00:02:17I would say I develop my strength from carrying two massive 20-litre pails every day.
00:02:23We call that the real farmer's carry.
00:02:27My family are ecstatic, especially my nieces and nephews.
00:02:31One of my nieces calls me Auntie Muscles, so I can't wait to show her what Auntie Muscles can really

00:10:04I'm a PE teacher in Essex, and I'm 38 years old.
00:10:08I'm out every single day teaching children how to do a variety of different sports and having fun.
00:10:12Clear to throw.
00:10:14Yeah, some great throws there.
00:10:16The children probably say, a teacher that joins in way too much.
00:10:19Up, kick, up.
00:10:20I have the dream job.
00:10:23At home, I have my beautiful wife, Kelly.
00:10:26And then I have my son, Thomas.
00:10:27And then my daughter, Ava.
00:10:28Love their sports.
00:10:30Sport and fitness is incredible for just alleviating daily stresses.
00:10:35My brother passed away over three years ago.
00:10:37And that massively impacted me in a way that I can't even describe to.
00:10:41Mama said, don't give up.
00:10:44I didn't think anxiety was a thing until I had it.
00:10:47I have a lot of friends that I train with.
00:10:48I think it helps us as a group of men with our mental health, the fact that we have that
00:10:52release.
00:10:53And just meeting and talking to each other as well makes a massive difference.
00:10:59The reason that I really wanted to do gladiators is I want to show children a challenge is a good
00:11:03thing.
00:11:04There's a real buzz around it, a real, real buzz.

00:11:37them a million times, the warm-up isn't a competition.
