00:00How do you feel about the additions of Concepcion and Boston
00:04to this Browns pass catching room?
00:07I like it.
00:08I like Concepcion much more than I like Denzel Boston,
00:12not to take away from what it was able to do last year.
00:15But for me, Concepcion, if you watched him at NC State a couple years ago,
00:19that was a mediocre team, and he was the best player,
00:23could be utilized in a multitude of positions, slot, reverses,
00:27runs the football, yards after contact.
00:30And then in big games for Texas A&M with Marcel Reed last year,
00:34Concepcion stepped up time and time again.
00:36And that's the biggest thing, I think, when you look at this offense,
00:40now with Shadour and you look at now Monk and the new OC,
00:44the new head coach, how do they utilize him in this offense
00:48when you have such a versatile player that could take a game over?
00:52That's what's exciting for me.
00:54And I told you, if we're going to make an assessment on Cam Ward
00:57with Tennessee, the same thing with Shadour Sanders.
01:00You have to put weapons around him.
01:03They didn't utilize Jerry Judy very much, an aging wide receiver.
01:07They got two young guys now with Fannin in that offense.
01:10If Concepcion does come back from that injury,
01:13now this offense is complete.
01:15And again, as long as you protect Shadour Sanders,
01:19I think you can put up numbers, Kevin.
01:21It comes down to the ability to stretch defenses
01:25and stress a defense at every level.
01:28And even with Boston in that lineup, you have two young receivers
01:32that could grow with Shadour Sanders and be there
01:35for the next four or five seasons.
01:38I like how the room is set up in Cleveland.
01:44And I think if I were to sit here and rank them,
01:48I would have Cooper above Concepcion in Boston.
01:53But would you rather both Concepcion in Boston?
01:56You probably would.
01:57Now, they could have had Cooper in Boston, right?
02:00Kind of, but that's okay.
02:01Or Cooper in Concepcion, who knows?
02:03But that's not the point, right?
02:06The point is for Cleveland,
02:08I like how the room is starting to set up, Joe,
02:12because you take a swing with Concepcion in Boston.
02:17You last year took the swing with Isaiah Bond, right?
02:22Maybe that'll work out.
02:23And I think they are going to have hit on Harold Fannin Jr.
02:30as potentially the best pass catcher on this team.
02:33I think Harold Fannin, who was unbelievably productive
02:41at Bowling Green, coming in in year number one
02:45with head-to-head competition with David Njoku,
02:49who's gone now, and giving us 70 catches, 700 yards,
02:54six touchdowns, and starting to just,
02:57I mean, he in the end zone got real familiar
03:00down the stretch of that season.
03:02And it's not like it was a Browns team
03:03that was pouring it on on a weekly basis, right?
03:06I think Fannin can be the guy.
03:09So I think Boston and Concepcion is complementary pieces.
03:12I think that is exciting here.
