00:30He said the male suspect drove recklessly before entering the Subang Jaya intersection
00:35and crashing into another car at the traffic lights along Perziaran to Jwan.
00:40However, the suspects were later successfully apprehended by police after a brief chase.
00:46Checks on the vehicle uncovered 17 transparent packets containing substances believed to be drugs,
00:52weighing about 16 grams.
00:54ACP Shamsuddin said the local male suspect has 21 prior records involving criminal and drug-related offences,
01:03while the foreign female suspect has no prior record.
01:07Preliminary urine screening found the male suspect positive for methamphetamine,
01:12while the woman tested negative.
01:15Both suspects have been remanded for three days until Sunday.
