Police have arrested a 26-year-old driver to assist in investigations into a three-vehicle crash along the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) heading towards the Duta toll plaza in Kuala Lumpur.

00:07Klang Valley Expressway, NKVE, heading towards the Dutatol Plaza in Kuala Lumpur.
00:14Kuala Lumpur Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department Chief Assistant Commissioner Mohamed Zamzuri, Mohamed Issa, said the incident, which went viral
00:23on social media, occurred at kilometre 28 of the highway at about 11pm on May 9.
00:30Preliminary investigations found that a car driven by the 26-year-old local man is believed to have skidded and
00:36come to a stop in the right lane.
00:38A second car, driven by a 40-year-old Indonesian man, then collided with the vehicle.
00:45Moments later, a pickup truck driven by a 41-year-old local man also crashed into the car, causing both
00:52vehicles to veer to the left side of the road and strike the road barrier.
00:56All three drivers escaped unhurt.
00:59ACP Zamzuri said police have applied for CCTV footage from the scene, recorded witness statements, conducted a site inspection, and
01:08photographed the vehicles involved.
01:10The case is being investigated under Section 42, Subsection 1 of the Road Transport Act 1987 for reckless and dangerous
