00:02:41I'm Nivy. I'm Karan. And we're singers and songwriters from San Diego, California. We're fraternal twins, which basically means that
00:02:48we're different. She's an extrovert and I'm an introvert.
00:02:51I guess. Our whole journey started when we were two years old. We weren't speaking or making any sounds. Our
00:03:00parents took us to a speech therapist, but things weren't improving. Our parents would go every week to Indian devotional
00:03:06singing and gathering. And one week, my mom taught us our first song, an Indian devotional song called Bhajan. So
00:03:14we sang that the next week with perfect pitch and rhythm.
00:03:18That's when we started to speak normally. And we've been singing together ever since. We've been posting on social media
00:03:26since 2020. A lot of people started commenting and following us and we felt really grateful for that.
00:03:34Being twins, our harmonies are connected on a deeper level. We're emotional singers and we hope that it resonates with
00:03:41everyone.
