00:00Hey, how's it going? I'm Alex and today I just want to show you my new toy. I do want
00:05to show
00:06you this telescope that this brand sent to me for this video and till today I didn't have too much
00:11idea about telescopes. I didn't have too much idea about sightseeing like the planets or the stars
00:18or astronomy itself but now I'm really hooked. I gotta say that everything that I'm going to tell
00:24you today is from a beginner standpoint, a beginner's point of view, I'm learning, I'm super
00:30excited about learning and now that I have this I can actually start contemplating this as a new
00:35hobby. So if you're into my same position or if you want to give this to your kids as a
00:41gift or
00:42something like that or a gift to someone else, stay there because you may be interested in just knowing
00:47my point of view as a beginner. But this one, this thing, things that I know is that this one
00:53ranges
00:53from 90 millimeters to 700 millimeters and from what I checked and from what I was checking
01:00this past few days, that's actually quite a lot for something this size. Of course, there are bigger
01:05ones, there are vulture ones, there are like things that goes like super like far away and there's a
01:12plane over there. I'm going to try to see if I can check it out later. But with this one,
01:16it's super easy
01:17to install, super easy to put together. It's going to take you about 10 minutes. And if I took
01:2310 minutes, if it took 10 minutes for me, it's probably going to take five minutes for you
01:28because it's super simple and everything comes explaining with instructions. You also have this
01:33really good tripod that you can just take with you on the go. You can just fold it and take
01:37the entire
01:38thing on the go and everything is secure here. So this thing, unless you fell on the floor or something
01:43like that, it's not going to fall. And of course, you also have the legs that you can adapt to
01:48different heights and just do this with every single one of the three legs. And also at the
01:54bottom part, you're going to find that the legs has kind of like a pebble or pebble actually,
01:59per se, that kind of like adapts to different terrain. So with that being said, if you have a
02:05rock or something like that, if you want to point it to another place, you can kind of like change
02:11the
02:11height of one of the legs and make sure that the pebble, it kind of like goes up to level
02:16with
02:16that strength. And then you just remove the caps and enjoy the view. Of course, it also comes with
02:23something that I'm going to show you later, but just let's take a closer look right here. We have
02:28light and then I'm going to try to come back at night to see if we can spot some, excuse
02:32me about
02:33my pool. It's actually pretty nasty. So I'm going to clean it later, later, but in here, you're going to
02:38find a place to put some kind of a shelf that I'm going to show you later to put some
02:42accessories.
02:43And also another thing that I liked about this one is that right here on this part, you're going to
02:48have the chance to put your phone. It comes with a phone stand, so you can actually put your phone
02:53camera and not only kind of like check on things and sightseeing some things far, far away, but also
02:59record with your phone. So I think that's actually really good as well. And then each one of the parts
03:04is pretty much simple to put together. You're going to put this one over here. You're going to also put
03:08this one, you're going to put the lenses. And then with this one's over here, you can see that I
03:12can
03:13rotate this one's, which I think it is really good because you're going to work with the longitude
03:17and the latitude and things like that. So that is really good. And the other one is going to be
03:21this one over here. So you can just go left, right, up and down. And with this one over here,
03:27you're going to manage the aperture, which is going to be from 90 to 700 and F7.78. So I
03:35think what
03:35we're going to do, we're going to put it kind of like in a position that I know that I'm
03:39going to
03:39at least try to check something far away. I may go to the alley so we can spot something super
03:44far if we don't see something on the moon or things like that. But we're going to come back at
03:49night
03:49and see how this one goes. But this thing gets me really excited. Okay, so then one of the things
03:56is that this one comes not only with this super cool box that you can actually give us a gift
04:00to
04:00someone or again to your kids or something like that as their first telescope, is that this one
04:06also comes with this really cool bag. And inside, besides so many other things that you're going to
04:10find, this is going to be the one that you're going to put it. Remember that I told you that
04:13I was about
04:14to show you like a shelf or something like that. So this is going to be the one that is
04:17going to go
04:18right in the middle. So you put this one too, put some of the other accessories, then of course
04:23everything to understand the world of the telescopes and astronomy and how to use it. Everything is
04:29explained right here. I gave it a read already like one or two times, not entirely, but kind of like
04:34to understand some of the things that are going to happen. And of course, if you are a professional,
04:39you may be hating me at this point, hating me. But remember, remember, I'm learning and I'm also
04:45getting really hooked. And then this is going to be super cool. This is the one that you may need
04:51if you
04:52want to record something or if you want to put your phone in it, because this one is going to
04:56go
04:56right there, right where the lens are. And you're going to put your phone in there and you're going
05:01to see everything in your phone and record the whole thing. And also it's going to come with a
05:06Bluetooth remote controller for your phone to record or take pictures. So you don't have to touch your
05:12phone or anything. You can actually do it with that. And this kind of like little bag over here that
05:18can be a nice thing to have and put everything inside. So I'm not going to put this one. I'm
05:24going to put it
05:24back in here. And then I'm going to close this one. I'm going to set up the telescope in a
05:29place
05:29that I know that I may see something and just making sure that at least I'm going to be able
05:35to transmit that to you right there on the other side of the screen. I'm not going to be able
05:39to
05:40record anything, but at least I'm going to just explain you what I see and how I achieved it. And
05:45of
05:45course, trying to get really good in this world, which I'm really already hooked in. So the first thing
05:51that you're going to do, or as far as I know, you're going to use this one over here, not
05:55the main
05:55one, the little one. And then you're going to see kind of like a crossword there. It's going to be
06:00kind of like an X shape. And then with that one, you're going to see, oh, wow. Wait a minute.
06:05That's so awesome. I can actually kind of see what am I pointing at. So this is going to be
06:12up and
06:13down. This is going to be up and out. So I'm going to make sure that I'm going to point
06:16it right there.
06:20Almost there. Left. Left is up. Right is down. Okay. And now I need to go to the right. So
06:29it's
06:29going to be this one over here. So right is right. Left is left. That's not a mystery. So we
06:36go with
06:36this one. Almost there. Just a tiny bit. Okay. Okay. We're good. We're supposed to be good
06:46with the little one over here, which I'm going to be kind of like learning all the names and
06:50everything. So this is going to be a process. This is going to be something that I really want to
06:54try
06:54to pick up because I think this is a nice thing. You know, you're going to be out there. You're
06:58going to be taking on the stars. You're going to be taking on the planets or whatever. Everything
07:02is a star. Right? I think so. So, um, and that's going to give you an activity to do outdoors,
07:07either with your family or yourself or your kids. You can have fun with this. And that's the
07:12most important thing. And the second most important thing is going to be learn. Learn
07:16is another one. So now that we have this one set up, what we're going to do is we're going
07:21to check on this one. I can't believe this. I can see something. So that's actually really
07:31good. So what I need to know now is I need to go further or get kind of like zoom
07:37in. So
07:40this is going to be, okay. So this is the opposite with this one. I'm zooming in. I'm zooming in.
07:48Oh, what the hell? Just right there. This is pretty, pretty awesome. This is my first contact
08:02ever doing this. And I had succeeded a little bit. So I'm going to use the other eye just in
08:09case. How is this possible? Okay. So what I'm seeing is kind of like the edge of it, which
08:20with this one, with the little one, I'm kind of like aiming at that part. So what can I see?
08:25It's kind of like the edge of it. But the bottom line is that if without knowing anything, I was
08:33able to set it up. I was able to learn what the aperture was, the 90 millimeters and the 700
08:40millimeters. I was able to figure out which one goes, goes left and which one, which one goes up
08:45and down. And also what this one is supposed to do and which, which one is going to be the
08:49one
08:50zooming in and zooming out. Reading the instruction manual a little bit and then checking right here.
09:00Okay. This is fantastic. This is pretty good. If this is going to be your first ever telescope,
09:07this could be the one. I like it. I do recommend this one. Easy, but it's going to be a
09:14learning curve,
09:14you know? So make sure that you follow all the instructions and make sure that you check out how
09:18to properly use this one. Don't follow every advice that I give you. But my opinion, as a beginner and
09:24the first time using this telescope is that if I was able to do it, you can do it a
09:30hundred percent.
09:31Recommended and thanks for watching it. See you soon.
