00:00Today we're unboxing something from a company that is very popular in the
00:04creative space in regards to gear and computing and stuff and that is Ugreen.
00:09We've got the Ugreen 10,000 milliamp hour magnetic wireless power bank. This
00:18is what we're opening today. On the package it says that we've got 7.5
00:25watts magnetic fast charging 20 watt two-way fast charging and flight
00:32approved probably because it's at that 10,000 milliamp hour limit. On the box
00:37there's also additional information on the back there as you can see but let's
00:41crack it open and see what's in the box. Trusty knife has returned. I love this
00:47trusty knife. Let's just break the seal real quick. Crack open this beauty here.
00:58Let's have a look what we got. Right away I can see a pull tab so I'm just going to
01:02pull that out. Neatly out of the box as you can see there nothing else in the
01:08box. We're going to just sit that over to the side here and we've got another
01:15cardboard box and we've got a couple items in here and I believe that this
01:19bottom part might even open as well but let's let's have a look what we got here
01:23first. Obviously we've got the power bank itself. Okay this is the power bank and
01:30this is the cable for charging. It looks like it is USB-C to USB-C so that's pretty
01:39cool. We've also got some documentation in the box and let's have a look. Nothing
01:46else is underneath here. Take a peek. I think this is just an assembled box. I
01:51don't think there's anything else under here. There's nothing else under there.
01:55Let's just move that out of the way. Really good and we've got the instruction
02:01manual which is quite intensive. Look at that. I'm not going to read through all that in
02:08this unboxing of course. Something to make sure you read through if you happen to
02:13pick one of these up. So let's get into the power bank itself. Alright. It's in one of
02:23these little plastic bags. Now it is heavy. It's got a decent decent weight and you
02:29can see a MagSafe sort of area line. The classic sort of iPhone, Apple style clipping
02:39in. It has definitely got some weight to it but you'd expect that with a 10,000
02:46milliamp hour battery. We've got a little button here on the bottom. USB-C and there's
02:51some indicator lights and I think that's it in regards to markings or indicators on
02:58the box. Okay. So what we need is a phone that does while it's charging. Now I happen
03:05to have a Google Pixel 7 which I happen to have a ring on. Let's see what happens
03:13when we click on that. Not getting any charging indication but maybe that's why it
03:23needs to be turned on. So what I'm doing is I'm holding the button in hoping to see
03:29some of these lights here light up. Now I don't know whether this has got any
03:34charge in it whatsoever. Let me just check it also with an iPhone. I have an iPhone
03:39that's actually got one iPhone doing this and I got another iPhone doing this. So
03:53there but as you can see on an iPhone it sits perfectly. This is an iPhone 13 Pro.
04:01This is not even a Max. You can see it fits just below the camera and is more or
04:08less snug. Now don't forget this phone is also in a case. It's more or less snug to
04:13the end. There's not too much difference there. So it works quite well as a
04:18connected power supply. You can see there I'm holding just the power supply there. The
04:22phone is not falling off. There is a very strong magnetic connection. I will try
04:28I get some roll in some b-roll where I'm attaching it to my 15 Pro Max which is
04:33currently doing the top down. So you'll be able to see that as well. So what we
04:38might need to do is actually plug in the provided cable and make sure I get some
04:45charge. Now it being a USB-C to USB-C I'm going to need to plug it into something that
04:54can give it some power. Now I have another power bank here which which is handy. Okay
05:00now instantly you can see that starting to throw some charge into basically
05:06transferring from here to here. Obviously ideally we're going to want to charge that
05:10off a USB-C wall brick. So I probably have one floating around here. Yep I do. I've got this
05:17one that's
05:20here which will do some USB-Cs and a USB-A. So what I'm going to do is plug this
05:29in get it charged and
05:30we'll throw some b-roll and other explanations maybe at the end of the video. In the meantime that is
05:36the, let's recap what we've got here. We've got the Ugreen. It's a 20 watt, you can see 20 watts.
05:45It's a magnetic wireless power bank, wireless charging, 10,000 milliamp hours, does 7.5 watt
05:55wireless or 20 watt connected by USB-C. That comes from Ugreen. For more details have a look around the
06:04place
06:04and uh anything else I need to add will come in right now. So you can plug that into like
06:11a a power
06:12delivery uh charger so if it's up to 20 watts and it will actually charge this. When you want to
06:19charge
06:19something off it either by cable or by wireless then you want to uh press the button once. So
06:27according to the instructions say I've got a wireless charging phone that I want to charge.
06:35I turn that on I hit the button once
06:41and you can see the lights up tells me how much you can see it's starting to charge. It just
06:45made the
06:46tune that it's charging so you can see it's charging right now. If I want to leave it on
06:51there and turn that off I can just tap it three times and it all turns the charging off. So
06:59I can
07:00still have it attached to my phone so I'm traveling and not have it constantly charge. I can choose by
07:06the button whether to turn that on and off. If I'm charging up say something by the cable I can
07:14plug
07:14that in and hit the button and it will also charge like a device like a wide device like another
07:20phone
07:20or you know wireless headphones or something like that. I don't have a cable that will do that right
07:27now but say I wanted let me grab the cable let me grab the cable. Okay so now I've got
07:32the cable
07:32we can plug that in now we just need something that charges by USB-C. Okay let's I'm going to
07:39grab one
07:40of my lights because they're USB-C chargers. Okay all I have to do is plug that in you can
07:46see initially
07:48as soon as I plug that in that's actually starting to charge. That's actually directly charging it. I
07:53don't even have to press a button or anything like that. So you can see there that's now in charging
08:00mode just off it like a regular power bank. So we've got wireless charging, MagSafe can stay attached to
08:07your phone at all times, USB-C to USB-C. You could get another cable that does USB-C to
08:13say like a
08:13a mini USB or whatever you know some of the older things might be that you might want to charge
08:20like a wireless headphones or something like that. So yeah a very versatile bank safe for traveling with
08:28because it just hits that 10,000 milliamp hour limit so you can take it on planes so there shouldn't
08:34be
08:34any issues there. Great little unit from Ugreen I'm pretty happy with that and I'm hoping to get a lot
08:39of use. Just to recap the Ugreen 10,000 milliamp hour magnetic wireless power bank you get the power
08:47bank itself you get a USB-C USB-C cable for charging it and charging other things and apart from
08:56that in
08:56the box is some documentation with a lot of reading there a lot of small a lot of small text
09:02in multiple
09:03languages so all the most common languages are available on that from Ugreen. So big thanks to
09:10Ugreen for producing this. This particular unboxing was not sponsored by Ugreen. I bought this with my
09:17money from Amazon. I want to thank everyone for watching.
