00:04Hello, I'm Diego Tobar, President Ejecutivo and CEO of Everest in Colombia.
00:10The leadership has to do with the ability that we have to connect ourselves and connect ourselves to others
00:16with a common story that we call compromise, that we energize, that we give joy and that we allow, through
00:24new actions,
00:25to honor what is truly important for each one of us.
00:28So, in these times of crisis, we have to exercise leadership leadership in Everest in Colombia,
00:36connecting with our employees.
00:38We have 1,600 consultants in Colombia and we are permanently connected with them,
00:44giving messages of relief.
00:46We have taken the decision that despite that our business has been affected,
00:50the chargeability of some consultants has reduced,
00:54and the occupation has reduced,
00:56we have taken the decision and we have communicated that we will not be able to do with them.
01:01We have dedicated to act in some campaigns of support to hospitals,
01:07clinics and EPS that we are doing in terms of technology.
01:11For other hand, I think we have communicated with the decision that we have made
01:17the same way to do with the people of the world,
01:18to renunciate to our bond in the first quarter of the fiscal year,
01:21to help ensure that we keep the company ahead.
01:26I want to send a message to those 50 million Colombians,
01:34to help me a little bit in the Carta of the Apostles of San Pablo
01:37to Filipenses II, who was in Misa in these days,
01:41where it says,
01:43the Apostles have the same love,
01:46the same spirit,
01:48a unique feeling,
01:49which means that we have to remain united in these moments
01:54and to assume the responsibility incondicional
01:57that each one has in front of this crisis.
01:59It is not the moment of the law representative
02:02in which we put the blame to the governments
02:04or others
02:05for what we are taking,
02:07or the measures that we take.
02:08It is time to understand
02:09that with the support of each one
02:11and with that responsibility
02:14and that leadership
02:15or that participative
02:17we are going to go ahead.
02:19Finally, I want to recommend
02:21a couple of books,
02:22The man in search of the sense
02:23of Viktor Frankl,
02:24that tells his own story real
02:27in the camps of concentration
02:28after the Second World War
02:29and how he found the purpose in his life
02:33and it was this
02:34that allowed him to go ahead
02:36of such atrocities.
02:39I recommend one a little more banal
02:41that is called Pitia
02:42of Carlos Ceruelo,
02:44socio of Ebris in Spain,
02:46that is a romantic novel
02:48and intrigue,
02:49but based on the quantum physics
02:50and they are going to enjoy it.
02:52As series,
02:53I recommend something
02:55that is a series
02:56that is a series
02:58with a profound message
03:00of a religious court
03:01but also a divert
03:02that could be
03:03the case of the paper
03:04that in its last season
03:05is spectacular.
03:07And as a series,
03:08a series,
03:09one with a message
03:11of the cabaña
03:12and one to divert
03:13during the storm.
03:15I'm Diego Tobar,
03:17President Ejecutivo
03:18and CEO of Ebris
03:19in Colombia
03:20and I want to transmit
03:21a message
03:22that united
03:23we are more fuertes
03:24and united
03:25we are going to be
03:26to be together
03:27with the type of crisis
03:27and we will try
03:28our help to address
03:28the crisis
03:28and we will have
03:29the lead from the畫
03:29of Ebris in
03:32we will win the
