In less than 24 hours, nurses across Trinidad and Tobago will engage in a national day of reflection.

President of the National Nursing Association, Idi Stuart, says despite repeated appeals, there has been silence from both the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Finance and it is now time for phase two of their plan.

TV6's Nicole M. Romany has more.
