01:26Rowley said the response to all of this was political hatred, rejection and total disrespect.
01:33Now that there is zero presence and no representation by a single PNM official in Tobago,
01:39the new loving friends who promised more and better winnings have delivered a 100% increase
01:46in the cost of connection between Tobago and Trinidad.
