00:05As we roll into Monday and Tuesday, the atmosphere turns volatile once again,
00:12setting the stage for another round of severe weather.
00:15Monday looks to be the most explosive day with ingredients coming together for a potential tornado outbreak.
00:23You can see the storm off the west coast of the United States.
00:25That'll be coming into the southwest Saturday and then roll into the plains Sunday night into Monday.
00:31It's going to be encountering a large temperature contrast on Monday.
00:35Look at the warmth heading up towards Chicago, toward Memphis, toward Kansas City,
00:40and then colder air pouring southward across the Dakotas.
00:44That temperature contrast will be one of the ingredients for the severe thunderstorms.
00:50And everything but the kitchen sink, unfortunately, on Monday,
00:54and I think there's the potential for dozens of tornadoes to form.
00:58The good news, as that storm runs south and east, it does weaken a little bit.
01:03So the severe weather on Tuesday shouldn't be as volatile.
01:07But nonetheless, there could be isolated tornadoes, hail, and damaging winds on Tuesday as well.
