00:00You know, Giannis is putting 28-3 up.
00:02You got Bam at around 19 points, yet they're 3-5.
00:06Why the slow start with Spolster's heat?
00:11They're not that good.
00:12I mean, I told people before the season,
00:14I don't think Miami was making the playoffs.
00:17When you look at the team, and there's no disrespect to Eric Spolster.
00:20Eric Spolster, to me, is one of the greatest coaches in his generation,
00:23and Giannis has done Giannis.
00:25Bam has been Bam.
00:26But when you have to trade all those parts,
00:30Tyler Hero, Clown Ware, right?
00:33Norman Powell leads for free agency.
00:35There's not enough around them.
00:37And that is the problem with Miami is they don't have,
00:41in my opinion, when you have Giannis,
00:43you need to surround themselves with shooters.
00:45So they're not shooting the ball well enough,
00:48but that ain't even the big problem.
00:50The biggest problem with Miami is they can't defend the three folks.
00:54They are the worst in the NBA at defending the three-point line
00:59in regards to three-point makes allowed,
01:02and also three-point percentage defense.
01:04So when you look at the game tonight versus Golden State versus the Warriors,
01:09I'm going to the three-point market, but I'm not going to step.
01:13I'm going to go to pods.
01:14I'm going to go to Brandon Pazimski to go over two-and-a-half,
01:17made threes in a matchup tonight,
01:18over three of the last five games, over the last time versus Miami.
01:22And when you think about just not just that,
01:25there's something they call the break, right?
01:27The break skills is when the three-point line comes to the corner
01:30and kind of works its way up.
01:31That's called the break.
01:33Miami is second to last at three-point percentage defense above the break,
01:39and Pazimski shoots 78% of his threes above the break.
01:44That's called a bad matchup.
01:47Davion Mitchell focuses on stuff.
01:49Pods gets loose.
01:50Brandon Pazimski over two-and-a-half, made threes tonight.
01:53You think Riley does anything when they get closer to the trading deadline
01:57and making a move?
01:58Because, as you said, they need shooters, man.
02:00I mean, they traded the entire farm away when they got Giannis.
02:04You think he makes a move, J-Y, to bring something in there,
02:07or they're just going to run this year out and go
02:10and try to build in the offseason?
02:13Who are they going to trade?
02:15I mean, Bam?
02:16I mean, that's the problem.
02:18I mean, Jobich?
02:20Doesn't really done much in his career.
02:22Mitchell?
02:23No one really liked him until he got to Miami, right?
02:26So they don't have a lot of movable pieces.
02:29And it's not just the fact big sales of they need to make a move to get better.
02:34The East is loaded.
02:37We talked about already Philadelphia.
02:40We haven't talked about how, you know, Boston has looked.
02:44Toronto has looked good.
02:46Washington is .500.
02:48Atlanta's starting to come on.
02:50Knicks have won three in a row.
02:52I think the Charlotte Hornet team has improved, right?
02:56So you start looking at it.
02:57And I haven't even talked about Detroit or Cleveland or Indiana,
03:01who's struggling right now.
03:02And I think Orlando's going to be better.
03:03So when I start lining all these teams up, where do we slide Miami?
03:09The difference is you don't slide them anywhere.
03:12The Miami Heat is not going to make the playoffs.
03:14And Giannis goes from one bad situation of not enough supporting Cats in Milwaukee
03:18to the same thing in South Beach.
