00:00I couldn't get deviled egg pickle boats out of my head,
00:02so I had to make them.
00:03Just kind of making this up as I go,
00:04but you gotta start out by making some egg salad.
00:06I'm gonna start with my mix.
00:07I'm gonna add in a little cream cheese
00:08to keep this kind of firm.
00:10A little mayo and a little mustard.
00:12I'm gonna grate in my eggs.
00:14That way it doesn't get too chunky.
00:16Dried dill, salt and pepper, little bit of Tabasco.
00:19I'm gonna chill this while we get our pickles ready.
00:21We gotta make these boats.
00:22Okay, so we're gonna cut our pickle, scoop out the center.
00:25I feel like I should chop up a little of this
00:27and put it in the egg salad.
00:29Now time to make the magic happen.
00:31Because it's deviled eggs, you gotta use paprika.
00:33I know what I was gonna put on top.
00:35A little crunchy onion on top.
00:36I think it's gonna be good.
00:38All you get is pickle at first,
00:40but then when you keep chewing, it becomes the perfect bite.
00:42This is a fun new way to serve up egg salad.
