00:04Anytime we had leftover deviled eggs or hard-boiled eggs in our house,
00:07my mama would take the eggs, mix in some mayonnaise,
00:12get a potato masher, chop it up.
00:15She took perfectly delicious, plain, good old-fashioned egg salad,
00:21and added almonds.
00:22You could eat this with crackers or just with a spoon,
00:25but my preferred method is between two slices of white bread.
00:28Spring and summer is egg salad season, but this year it's egg olive salad season.
