00:00800-636-1067, 800-636-1067, who do you want, who do you not want, what do you think happens
00:07tonight, let's get, let, uh, our guy Rob is in Alabama, what's up Rob?
00:12Hey guys, you good, you good, let's take it down here, it's nice here, Pittsburgh, um,
00:19I got a talk, you're good, go ahead, buddy, uh, the guys, the, uh, I have to agree with
00:27that, uh, I'm all over Mansoor Delaney on this, it's a simple fact that the last couple
00:34of three seasons, anytime the O2 has got the ball, we're, our defense, our quarters are
00:41an absolute liability, okay, so we need to get Mansoor Delaney, he's, if you go back and
00:48look at his stats from last year, oh my god, he only gave up, what, six, uh, receptions
00:54all year, so, yeah, Mansoor Delaney's my pick, so that's where I'm at.
01:02Mansoor Delaney, there you go, um, Delaney would make a ton of sense, I, I think he's
01:09going to be a stud, defensively for me, going corner at seven, I think, if you could trade
01:15to nine and get Delaney, that, that's the real home run, I think Delaney is a really good
01:20pick, though, um, wouldn't be mad if, if, if that's how it goes down, um, I think a lot
01:26of people want offense, uh, let's go to Terry in Danville, what's up, Terry?
01:32Good morning, guys, thanks for having me on, hey, I would love to see Washington pick Kenyon
01:38Sadiq, I believe he is the best player in the draft, wow, I believe that, that he is a game
01:45changer, potential, a potential, perennial pro bowler, and I just see, Jaden really does
01:54need that, because that's his game, that's part of his game, he loves to throw to the
01:58tight end, he's like a, they just signed one, though, in a free agency, they just signed
02:03Chigakakwa, but, uh, you, we, we know about the NFL, you may get hurt, so, we're gonna need
02:10that guy, and I do believe that he's a game changer, and I believe Washington goes back
02:15on top, and Adam Peters will be, not second best year, the first, he's number one, and
02:23I believe in him, I like all his transactions this year, all his, uh, free agency, I loved
02:30it last year, just so happened that we got the injuries, and the year before, hey, this
02:35guy knows what he's doing, he's on point, and I'm all for Washington Commanders, baby,
02:41all right, we're gonna do it again, we get back on top this year, great call, dude, all
02:45right, brother, thank you, um, I love the enthusiasm for Terry and Danville, um, Kenyon Sadiq, though,
02:52at number seven, I, I, I don't think you can go that high, and I, they just signed Chigakakwa
02:59to real money, um, Kenyon Sadiq, looking around, he can fly, Kuiper and Field Yates have him
03:05going 15th to Tampa, I mean, he's got incredible size, speed, like, he, I, I agree with Terry's
03:11assessment that Sadiq's really gonna help a ball club, yeah, I just, maybe if you're, I
03:16mean, there was the rumor of the Jets wanting to move up to seven, and Washington getting
03:2116, maybe at 16, you could go Sadiq, I think it's 16, the reason I don't mind that
03:29Jets trade is, I, I wonder if you can get Makai Lemon at 16, and I'm actually, I think
03:33he's a really exciting prospect, um, you know, another safety that most people project
03:40to Minnesota at 18 is the kid Thineman from Oregon, yeah, that dude could play, man, honestly,
03:49if the Vikings draft him, it seems like he's Harrison Smith, who I, I believe has retired
03:54or is expected to retire, he's thinking about it, um, like, that's the kind of
03:59player, I think Thineman is, too, so that's another dude, I, I will not be upset, the
04:04trade back tonight, I think is absolutely a distinct possibility, and I think it wouldn't
04:11be a bad idea, uh, let's go to our guy Mark in Landover Hills, what's up, Mark?
04:18Top of the day to you, JP, top of the day to you, JP, man.
04:21What's up, brother?
04:22Hey, guys, look, man, I've listened to you guys all the time, man, and you got me thinking,
04:27and I tell you, man, I, I kinda, I kinda, I kinda, I kinda think, uh, I'd love to see
04:34him get down, man, but I don't know if he's gonna make it like you guys have been saying,
04:37man, and I tell you, man, I still think they need help on their offensive line, man, and
04:42Paulie saying that guy that plays for Penn State, that he is a dog, people can't move
04:49him, you get a young man like that and teach him to drive, block, and pull, whoo-wee, that's
04:55gonna help our quarterback quite a bit, so, if you do something like that and they can't
04:59get a good defensive player, I would be against it, man.
05:02Brian was joking about it a while back, I'll get off here, but, you still need, you still
05:07need that 20-year-old team, man, 10 defensive guys on the line, and 10 offensive guys on
05:12the line, and, yeah, you guys have fun, man.
05:15Bye, brother, be cool, man.
05:17Thanks, Mark, appreciate the call, bud.
05:19I'm gonna take one more call, and then I wanted to play some audio that I think is pretty darn
05:24interesting.
05:25Let's go to Hardy in Southeast.
05:26What's up, Hardy?
05:27Who do you want tonight?
05:28What's up, buddy?
05:29Hey, how we doing?
05:30Good, man.
05:31Good to see you, Mitch.
05:32What's going on, though?
05:33Chilling, man.
05:33All right, I'm gonna go a different direction.
05:37I'm gonna be the first to say it.
05:39I wanna see them trade up to the first play, and check it out.
05:45I'm playing game.
05:46Let's just go ahead and get the first play coming out of the draft.
05:49That's what I like.
05:50You think he gets to seven, though?
05:52They say he wants to trade up.
05:54Trade up?
05:55I wanna go up.
05:55Trade up and give up what, though?
05:57I mean, what's gonna give up for him?
05:59You can give up your seven, and give up your seven pick, and give up the second next year.
06:05It's working.
06:08All right.
06:09I don't see it, dog, but I also don't think it's working.
06:12I don't know if they're moving up.
06:13We're debating if you should draft a running back at seven, period, let alone trading up
06:17to draft.
06:18Now, if Love is there at seven...
06:21Different ballgame.
06:22Let somebody call you.
06:24If Love is there at seven, and you can get a one next year for that pick, in addition
06:32to you're getting a one this year, what are you doing?
06:37I'll make the move.
06:39Trade.
06:40Yeah.
06:41I would acquire the picks.
06:43I would use who I love slipping to seven to my advantage to acquire more picks.
06:48Yeah, but I think they're moving up.
06:51That's not happening.
06:52That's not a...
06:53I don't think that's a thought.
06:55The thing we said, what's one thing you don't want them to do?
06:58That's it.
06:59Move up.
07:00Move up.
07:01Absolutely not.
07:02Let's go to Jaden in Pennsylvania.
07:04We're in Pennsylvania, too.
07:05What up, Jaden?
07:07Yeah, hey, guys.
07:08How's it going?
07:08Good, man.
07:11Yeah, I think you have to go...
07:12Not that you have to, but I think weapon at seven is definitely the choice.
07:17Now, what you do, I kind of like Tyson.
07:20He seems like a receiver that kind of has that edge.
07:23I know the injuries are a question, but you guys had a guy on maybe a couple days ago
07:27who mentioned the Puka example, you know, kind of if you kind of are scared of injuries,
07:32what if that guy does, they help him become that guy.
07:34But I'm good with Tate.
07:36I'm even good with trading down and getting lemons, but I think you've got to go with a weapon
07:40because Terry needs help, and Jaden Daniels is a physical year.
07:43So I think getting him back on track, a weapon's definitely not, in my opinion, the choice.
07:48Listen, man, I get that.
07:49I think you're right about it.
07:50I got no beef with that.
07:52I think it's entirely possible adding a weapon for Jaden makes the most sense.
07:57And I think this audio is from Kay Adams' program.
08:02She had Ohio State wide receiver Carnell Tate on her show.
08:06This is pretty interesting, B-Mitch.
08:09Let's hear from Carnell Tate talking with Kay Adams.
08:12Cardinals at three with your boy Marv, like you're saying.
08:15But can you please go to D.C. and be with my guy Terry, please?
08:18Oh, yeah.
08:19Yeah, Terry, he's happy for me.
08:21We chop it up a little bit here and there.
08:23Have you ever met Jaden?
08:25I haven't.
08:26We reached out over social media to me.
08:28We had a little text going back and forth.
08:30Like, good luck?
08:31Like, what do you mean?
08:33He just said, hopefully it all works out.
08:34You end up here.
08:35He's just wishing me well.
08:38Carnell, that would be insane.
08:43Now, that could be nothing, right?
08:48Or it could be something.
08:51Now, he told us that Terry was reaching out to him.
08:54Now, you say Jaden reaching out to him.
08:56I don't know.
08:57You got to imagine Terry and I would guess Terry and Carnell have a relationship.
09:07Wouldn't you just kind of?
09:08Yeah, he said that they are always, the receivers that leave there still reach back out to the guys.
09:14So, I can see that.
09:18Do you think it, do you think Jaden's input, I think it's one thing in free agency,
09:29but do you think Jaden's input is significant in the draft?
09:37I think they listen to stuff, but I think the guy who's the job, Adam Peele, is going to make
09:44the decision himself.
09:45So, we got a little bit of breaking news, and we've largely stayed away from this story.
09:55It's a bad day for Mike Vrabel and Diana Rossini.
09:59Obviously, there was the pictures from the NFL owners meetings in Arizona,
10:05and Rossini has since resigned from the athletic,
10:09and Vrabel has said he's going to get counseling, and he's going to miss day three of the draft.
10:15Those two things don't seem fair, that one person loses their job,
10:19and one person loses day three of the draft.
10:21But the New York Post, this is just coming out right now, right, Stallion?
10:27The New York Post just found more pictures of Diana Rossini and Mike Vrabel,
10:33and this is from six years ago.
10:36And in these photos, they're like kissing at a bar in New York City.
10:42So, I don't know.
10:47Tough to know what's going to happen going forward here, but this is certainly damning.
10:57Man, I don't know what to make of that.
10:59But, you know what?
11:02Rossini was reporting that A.J. Brown did the patch trade for a while,
11:05and now Schefter's reporting it.
11:09But even, like, getting that scoop, the questions are,
11:13Where were you getting the scoop?
11:14How'd you get it, right?
11:16Gosh, Stallion, you shouldn't have sent that to me right there.
11:19You distracted the hell out of me.
11:22And Lord knows I can get distracted.
11:24Very easily.
11:26What is the one scenario for Jeff and Stallion you don't want to unfold tonight?
11:32Trading up to me is completely unattainable.
11:34Completely unattainable.
11:35Like, that should be off the cards.
11:38That's exactly it.
11:39Because if we trade up, they're going to have,
11:41they're most likely going to give another pick.
11:43And we already don't have that many picks as it stands right now.
11:48So, anything trading up, I don't want to see.
11:53Well, dude, for me, I'm with you, Jeff.
11:57Jeff, I think one of the reasons I like the idea of a trade back so much,
12:04if you look at next year's draft,
12:07if you could get more picks for that draft,
12:11and keep in mind,
12:14we all are operating under the assumption
12:17they don't need at all to be in the quarterback thing,
12:22and that's going to be a heavy quarterback draft,
12:25the wideouts available in next year's draft,
12:30I mean,
12:32White Bryant, how good is that kid Coleman
12:33that left Auburn to go to Texas?
12:36He's about to have 2,000 yards.
12:37He's really good.
12:38He's unbelievable.
12:39And he's not even the top of the list.
12:41Cam Coleman at Texas,
12:43Jeremiah Smith at Ohio State,
12:46Ryan Williams from Bama,
12:49I mean,
12:51the receivers that will be available next year,
12:55combined with the quarterbacks that are going to be available next year,
12:59means, like,
13:01Arch Manning, Dante Moore,
13:03the kid Sorsby,
13:04maybe Trinidad,
13:05like, you could have
13:06maybe Sam Levitt at LSU,
13:08you never know year to year with quarterbacks,
13:11because if you go back a year,
13:13nobody had Cam Ward going number one overall.
13:15This year,
13:16nobody would have had Fernando Mendoza going number one overall.
13:20So quarterbacks can always emerge.
13:21But I got a hard time believing
13:24Arch Manning,
13:25just on his last name alone,
13:27next year as your number one overall pick.
13:29Like,
13:29I think you could have a
13:31four quarterbacks in the top ten kind of draft next year.
13:35Mm-hmm.
13:36Right?
13:36And, like,
13:38if you have that,
13:39there's going to be some tackles,
13:40there will obviously be some defensive players,
13:42you might be able to get
13:44one of these
13:47stud receivers next year
13:49at, like, 12.
13:51Possibly.
13:51Nine.
13:52I want the most ammunition for this year's draft.
13:55I don't want to pick at 12.
13:56I want to be picking, like,
13:58after 18.
13:58I get that,
13:59but if you're able to trade back this year
14:01and get picks for next year,
14:03maybe you will put yourself in a position.
14:06It's very rare.
14:07Julio Jones is the prospect
14:09that I always think of
14:10as a player
14:12that's able
14:13to generate
14:14a significant trade-up
14:16at a non-quarterback position.
14:17Mm-hmm.
14:18Like,
14:18these receivers are that good.
14:20Oh, hell yeah.
14:21Especially the kid at Ohio State.
14:23And then,
14:24you're going to have
14:24D. Lineman,
14:26the kid Dylan Stewart
14:27is a DMV kid
14:28that's playing at South Carolina.
14:29Like,
14:30these players are no jokes.
14:32For me,
14:33it is,
14:34I am cool with trading back
14:35in this draft.
14:37The dream scenario to me,
14:39and plenty of people
14:40may disagree on this,
14:41would be if you could trade,
14:43if Jeremiah Love slips to seven
14:45and you get a haul
14:47because somebody wants it.
14:48That might be my dream scenario.
14:50I don't know that that will unfold.
